Description of Work: we had this company remove the furniture and (many) flowers from two patio decks, powewash them and return in four days to restain the boards. they checked us for the color of stain we wanted to use, provided all the details about a wait period before use and they did an excellent job. we were very impressed.

Description of Work: After failing to appear twice to measure our deck the provider emailed they only worked Northside and Greenwood.

Description of Work: Deck Pro got us an estimate very quickly. The estimate was higher than I had hoped and it didn't make sense for us to invest that much in an older deck.

Description of Work: Deck Pro washed and sealed our deck last year at a cost of $1100, including a three year pro-rated warranty. We noticed fading this year and called them in April to inspect and remedy the situation. It took over a month of repeated calls and emails before they responded and inspected the deck. The lack of response was extremely frustrating. However, once they came out and inspected, they diagnosed the problem and performed the work in call from the owner explaining the reasons that led to a lack of response and several calls from her from the time of inspection through completion to see if the job was progressing to my satisfaction. The charge for power washing and restaining was less than I was obligated to by the warranty and Jason even left the unused stain for me to use to touch up a flower box; so I feel that Deck Pro more than lived up to their promise. The deck looks great now, so we'll see how it holds up. Unfortunately, it is in a harsh environment shaded by a buckeye tree and a huge walnut tree that drops a lot of debris all year long.
