Service technician was prompt and thorough. He quickly diagnosed the problem we were having with our furnace. He had the part we needed in his truck and was able to install it quickly. Furnace is working great and we are happy with the results.

It was Saturday when the power went out. I called the 24 hour emergency number around 8:40 a.m. I told the representative who took the call what the problem was. I also told her that my dad was on oxygen so we needed the repair to be made as soon as possible. She assured me that someone would be at our home in 30 to 40 minutes. I even ask her not to tell me the service man would be there at a certain time if he couldn't make it then. She assured me that she wasn't doing that. Needless to say 30 minutes, then 40 minutes came and went. I called again and she apologized and said she would call the service man to see why he hadn't arrived. She called me back and said he would be at my home shortly. I asked her what shortly meant; long story, short, he arrived around 10:30 a.m. I will say that the representative was very polite. When the service man arrived, he quickly accessed the problem and made the repair. He was professional and courteous. With them coming on Saturday, I was expecting the bill to be higher than it was. I have other electrical work that needs to be done and I do plan to use Korte again. When the service man came out to give me an estimate on the work needing to be done, he was on time.

VERY CLEAN ABOUT THEIR WORK ETHICS. DID NOT WASTE TIME.

I called Korte and they were able to get me scheduled quickly. The servicemen were prompt and got the job done quickly. I believe they dealt fairly and honestly with us, and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. The light fixtures look great and the landscape lights now come on at night, like they are supposed to. Thanks Korte, I will use you again.

Requested a quote from 3 different companies. Korte's price was in the middle. We picked them because of their responsiveness and professionalism. They started the job when they said they would, they quoted 3 days from start to finish and they completed project in 2 1/2 days. They thoughly cleaned up after themselves and were very respectfull of our property.

PLUMBER WAS ON TIME AND VERY FRIENDLY. COMPLETED THE WORK I HAD CALLED FOR IN A TIMELY MANNER. SHORTLY AFTER I DECIDED TO DO A LOAD OF LAUNDRY AND MY GRANDDAUGHTERS NOTICED WATER COMING OUT FROM UNDER THE BASEMENT BATHROOM DOOR. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED THEM BACK AND HE RETURNED AND CALLED ANOTHER MAN IN AND THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM WITHIN AN HOUR AND A HALF`````I FEEL IT WOULD HAVE COST A LOT MORE, BUT MY BILL WAS ADJUSTED. VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Overall the start of the day did not start out the best. 7:30 am the loud banging started in the garage, then lost water pressure to the house. I made some calls to other places and they would not be able to get to us until Monday. I called Korte at 9am and by Noon Larry and Blaine had arrived. They assessed the problem made a call and then Neal came out with the truck that had the wench and parts needed. By 5:30 pm we had water again. We would use them again.

They were very prompt and on time. The service people were friendly and polite. They were respectful and they left everything clean when they left and the price was very reasonable. The quote that we got upfront was what we got in the bill and there was nothing that was added on last minute. When you call on their phone, there is a girl call Deb and she is awesome. She is very informative and friendly. Everyone in the company goes above and beyond and they are very customer oriented.

They do a good job. We use him all the time and will continue to use him in the future.

They have done several jobs for us. I have always had good work done from them. They are professional. They tend to be a little pricey but its worth it in the end. They worked with us on a shower remodel, and we did part of the work, and they did what we could not.

Over the years we have had a leak in our air conditioning unit and Korte was able to find and repair it. They actually got the job done right for us.

They are very good. The price was pretty reasonable and I think that they were fair. They were right on time. I would highly recommend them.

We live in Virginia but have a house in Fort Wayne where my daughter and her family live. When we have a problem with the house we call Korte and they immediately attend to it. The $185 we spent was for a yearly contract that includes annual heating and AC checks plus a discount on materials if anything needs to be done. We have also called them when we've had electrical and plumbing problems and they get someone there quickly. We've been satisfied with everything they've done for us and they are willling to work with us with things like billing since we are not there to pay when the service is done.

They do a fine job. I will recommend them. I believe that they have twenty four hours service. They have a lot of backing and a lot of people. They can get to you even if you contact them at night. They do great job. They got to me pretty quickly. They were good in professionalism. I would use them in the future.

The person who did the estimate appeared at the appointed time and it took perhaps 15 minutes for him to assess the problem and provide a written estimate for the repairs to the upstairs bathroom pipe. He did say the job would require replacement of the whole pipe from the upstairs to the basement in order for it to be completed satisfactorily. I guess most of my problem is with paying for the estimate and I have to say that Korte did not get the job as a result of the payment for the service call (I think they did say that it would be included in the cost of the total job if they did the work but I am not positive that this is so.)

Called, made appointment, electrician showed up on time, did the work agreed to, cleaned up and left. Cannot ask for better service.

They were on time, they did the job correctly, and I thought the price was fair. I had used them in the past and they took care of the job.

They have 25 hour service. When you call and they will send someone out. They are wonderful people. We have worked with them quite a few times and have always done a great job.

Once the source of the problem was determined, the fix took 5 min.

Went very well. Called evening before and they were out the next day to swap out old 40 gal with new 75 gal. Very clean, professional job. Will certainly use again.

They are probably the biggest and most well known in the area. I thought it was expensive but it was a Sunday and I had to call someone that was available to get them out here because it was 95 degrees. They are a good company. They were very prompt and they came within 2 hours of my phone call. They did the work within an hour. I expected to pay because I couldn't wait until Monday. They were good, responsive and courteous. They were everything. If I would have had more time, I probably would have sought bids but I didn't have more time. I knew they were a reputable company and I knew that they were available so I called them. I really didn't have a basis for the price comparison. I would consider using them again but it would depend on the circumstances. I knew I could get them out here in the amount of time I wanted.

They had sent someone out earlier who couldn't find a problem so they sent a second person out and he found out the problem. So they took the trip charge off for the first trip which I thought was great and I also got a discount because I belong to that club. He showed me the problem and fixed it.

They were quick with the estimate and installation, and they had good follow up, as well.

They were exceptional. They did the work in an hour. He knew what he was doing, and he was very good at it. He was a very nice guy who explained everything. He came when he said he would.
