Leo Gardner. HVAC technician, was very personable and professional. He performed the yearly maintenance check on our furnace He also investigated and solved a problem of the furnace shutting off periodically in cold weather. Leo explained the issue and the possible solutions. In addition he installed a smart thermostat to further prevent the occasional furnace shut offs. Leo presented very understandable explanations of the furnace problem and very understandable instructions for the smart thermostat. Leo also left his business card so we could contact him again if we had difficulty programing the smart thermostat. It was a pleasure working with Leo. We highly recommend Leo and the Korte company.

KORTE team did an awesome job replacing our furnace! Jerry Y., provided a timely quote and explained the various options available and then coordinated installation. Greg B., and Ryan O., were the installers and did a very professional and efficient installation. Very organized, polite, efficient and at the end cleaned-up the space and explained the operation to my wife and me. Outstanding service!

It was done very well, they were very polite as always, answers all my questions and they do an excellent job. The prices are very fair as well.

The Sales person Jerry answered all my questions and provided an in person and on-line quote that was less than 5 other comparable quotes. The installers (Greg & Eric) called to alert me that there were on there way at the time they were expected. They did the job exceptionally well, went over all the operational instructions, explained how the new units functioned, and answered all my questions. I could not be happier but of course, time will tell how reliable the units are but my expectations are very high.

Work was done when promised, professional workmanship, easy to work with. Although this was not an emergency situation, the job was done the day after I called. Very satisfied with Korte's performance and will definitely hire in the future.

I highly recommend Aaron C., an electrician at Korte. He is professional, cheerful, and extremely helpful. We had a RING video doorbell operating off a battery which needed frequent recharging. Aaron attached the RING video doorbell to our house electricity Our house had no existing doorbell. First Aaron called the RING tech support to make sure he could wire the RING doorbell according to his plan. Aaron took a wire from a light switch electrical box inside the house and installed a mechanical doorbell so there would be a transformer. Then Aaron wired the RING doorbell into the traditional doorbell. All worked as planned.

The young service technician told me that my unit was low on freon due to a leak, but for a variety of reasons, I was not confident that he was telling me the truth. I had come to trust Korte over the years, so this time I did not watch him perform the service like I used to do with other technicians. And as I said, there were a few things in our conversation that didn't seem right to me. However, since my HVAC system is 20 years old, I wanted to get a quote for replacing it (both the furnace and the A/C) anyway. When the sales rep arrived, I told him about my concerns about the service technician. He immediately offered to send a different, much more experienced technician to my house at no charge. That guy was extremely knowledgeable and he showed and explained everything to me in great detail. Turns out, my unit was indeed low on freon and yes, there was a small leak. Anyway, the bottom line is that Korte did a super job of regaining my trust. I'm a very customer, and if I have any concerns again in the future, I won't hesitate to bring them to their attention, because I know they will go the extra mile to make things right.

I have no issue with the quality of the work, their responsiveness, punctuality, or professionalism, but the charges for the services were excessively high. I will not call them again.

Very professional. They had come out after hours to fix the issue since it was an emergency. They explained everything they were doing and it was a very positive experience.

Service tech was good at what he did. They are way over priced. We paid $261 just to have the bathroom faucet handles leak fixed. It looks as though we were charged for a full kit faucet kit. They did not replace the whole faucet. Our entire bill was over $500. Seems very overpriced.

We have never been disappointed with Korte's service. They are customer focused, friendly and effective.

Two plumbers showed up, explained what needed to be done and took care of it. I thought the cost ($463) was extremely high, considering I had the toilet already off and identified the problem. I don't recall how much the part was, but am guessing it was no more than $20. They did, however, fix the problem. If I need another plumber, I will call around, just because of the high price.

Great. The guys at Korte were professional and courteous. There was a small issue about a broken chandelier piece but this was easily rectified by them in a fair way. The rest of the work was well done. The pricing is upfront and honest.

Overall seems like a pretty good company. They went with the most expensive recommendation possible apparently.

They found that the socket had failed and melted to hold plug in. Rick Knight was able to get socket out and plug removed. When he replaced the electrical socket and checked wiring he found all was good and safe to use again.

All went smoothly. They were on time, courteous and did a great job with the installation. The area was cleaned before they left and the technician explained the work that had been done. This was a warranty replacement so we only paid for the labor of taking old unit out and installing new unit.

The gentleman that came over, after normal hours, was very helpful and professional. He was able to find the culprit and put a stop to it. For after hours, the price was amazing and doable!

It took a bit longer than expected, but so has everything I've done with this house so I don't hold that against them. Both employees were professional and polite, and the end result was excellent.

Rudy and Aaron were courteous and knowledgable and got the job done in one afternoon. My house is 20 years old and did not have wiring run to setup a lighting kit on the ceiling fan. Therefore, I needed a remote controlled ceiling fan/light. They provided the remote control, paired it to the light kit, and showed me how to use it. Rudy even spoke to my husband over the phone and explained everything to him. Everything was taken care of and works great. Very satisfied with the service. Will be using them in the future.

They are very knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, and reasonable. The generator and HVAC systems have been quality systems. I would highly recommend them.
