Korte Does It All, Inc

As a matter of fact I was going to call them to set something up next week. They were here in early December to do the maintenance on the furnace. It's an annual thing.

They were right on time. Very professional.

Was here on time, did very good work. Cleaned up area. Was friendly. Pricing was very high due to pricing by the job. Trip charge is not needed due to high cost of job charges,but work was very good.

We have used Korte for electrical repairs and have been very satisfied with the professionalism, quality, and efficiency of the service We purchased the Discount Club ($195) which included annual check-up of the AC and furnace. John performed the furnace check-up. He was very thorough. He explained what he was doing and how the high efficiency furnace worked. He found a manufacturing defect that had allowed moisture to come back down the vent pipe into the furnace. He caulked the area to prevent future leaks. John was very professional and performed a high quality, thorough check of the furnace.

It went extremely well. I enjoyed talking to Trevor (Korte Tech) and plan on calling him back to do some repairs on my furnace.

A GFI receptacle in the kitchen had sparked when unplugging an appliance. Rudy replaced the receptacle. Plugs were 'falling out' of another receptacle so Rudy accessed it and explained that over time and with much use, the copper plates in the receptacle widen and plugs can fall out. He replaced the receptacle. A 3-way switch was making a 'popping' sound and after assessing it, Rudy explained that it was shorting out. So he replaced the switch. He also assesses a receptacle that was loose in the wall. He adjusted the receptacle to solve the problem Throughout his inspection, Rudy offered excellent explanations of the problems and proposed solutions and much helpful advice. We also signed up for a Peach of Mind contract for annual furnace and AC inspections as well as other benefits. Although the wait for an AC inspection was several weeks, Rudy arranged an appointment for us in 1 week.

The electrician was prompt and knowledgeable.

Korte is probably a bit more expensive that other options, but they always do good work and are professional - you know what you are getting. I also like that they wear booties and don't make a mess in the home.

Cleaned and serviced the furnace. In addition, the circuit board had burned up. Korte replaced the board. Given, another associate went to pick up and deliver the circuit board to save time on the repair and service call. Given the response and efficiency of the Korte team, we decided to purchase the yearly servicing of the furnace and air conditioner along with the repair.

Would never call Korte again for anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Updated 12/10/14 They are refunding my money and said I was misquoted, Ray Abbott, Svc Mgr. apologized and thanked me for the opportunity to make it right!! Apology accepted!!!

I couldn't be happier with this company. Everyone was professional and timely - beginning with the estimate process. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and provided many options with return on investment data to help with my decision making process. They did a complete clean up after themselves every day - and this work took nearly 2 weeks total. I worked from home the entire time and they were very respectful of my need to work, have phone calls, etc. Other than construction noises at times, I hardly knew they were in the house. After the work was completed, I had an energy audit performed (blower door test, etc). The auditor said he had never seen such good work done and was very impressed - no duct leaks, no leaks on all the new lines run through out the house. I will definitely use this company again.

This is the sloppiest work. It is extremely unatractive.

He came and he was absolutely great. He wasn't here that long. He did it and he was very nice. I took them because I'm that close to New Haven where they're right down the highway. I selected them because they were not that far from me and they gave me a list of things to check out and I gave them everything. He was great. I haven't had any problems with anyone. The plumber was absolutely nice. He put some things on his shoes 'cause it was snow time. He went in the bathroom and when he was finished, he called me and he told me what was wrong and what he did. If the best number was 5, I'd like to give him 5. He was just that good, an A plus. The price wasn't bad. Everything he did was good. He called me and told me what was wrong and he showed me why the water wasn't running out. They were all nice, polite and courteous and informative and everything. They gave me a little survey thing to check about his service and the highest one was 5, that's just 5 from one side of the paper to the other side.

Everything was done professionally, in a timely manner, for the prices proposed.

As a female, the one thing that I loved, was that the gentleman would talk to me, and answer questions. When we called other competitors of Korte, they just wanted to talk to my husband, and that was the big thing for me. I was the one that did all the research on all the air conditioners and furnaces and my husband just said that it was on me. They were very professional, when they came in, they covered their shoes, and were careful of our floors. We had some issues, but they took care of them, and they compensated us for our problem. Their prices were very comparable. I wasn't super impressed with the guys who came to do the service, but the sales man was excellent. They are coming in a couple of weeks to clean our furnace.

They showed up 18 hrs late. Problem persisted after repair. I changed thermostate for a cost of $20.00 and that fixed problen was waste of my time and money!

This provider was prompt and courteous, and professional. He did a very good job, and cleaned up the area when he was finished. We have used Korte for various other services, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Plumber was very nice, and understood why we declined. We'll never call Korte again.

Potentially, we were needing our pipes unfrozen but they thawed before they came out. That was the original reason they were called. They ended up fixing the main shut off valve into the house. I called them at 5 in the morning. I can call them anytime. They still came out within a reasonable amount of time, even with the craziness. They gave us a window and they were still able to get there within that. They were very courteous and very knowledgeable. They came out and got us going basically. My husband was asking them a bunch of questions while they were working and they were very courteous and willing to teach us while they were working.

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable Very Professional and very Personable.

I was very pleased with the extra effort that Korte put into getting my problem fixed, and they did their best to solve my problem quickly.

We didn't have heat. Korte (who supposedly does it all) couldn't find the time to return our calls, return to our house or send us an estimate. They must have so much business that they can pick and choose jobs. Bad move Korte. I work with over 4,000 people and whenever someone asks for a reference I will let them know not to call you.

Took three hours and everything working well.

Jim arrived on time and was very polite. He thoroughly cleaned and preformed maintenance on my unit. I would use Korte again.

Wow!!! This provider is excellent!! I will continue to use them in the future. We had electrical done and the person was extremely professional, caring and listened to what I needed done. He then performed everything in a very efficient manner. If this is the way all of the service providers are, I will NOT hesitate to use them for all services. The company says "do it all" and it is great to find such a great company that can handle most things within a person's home. GREAT JOB!!
