Description of Work: I have a contract with The company which gives me a priority service in the Spence even on weekends at no extra cost. They cannot for see your in-service my geothermal system. Additionally, they've installed a back up sump pump, hot water heater, and in various other jobs for me. They I've also had them do various electrical jobs for me including all outside lighting replaced and some electrical indoors as well. As the slogan says, Korté does it all.

Description of Work: They wanted $185.00 to lift up my toilet and replace the two bolts that secure it to the floor. Plus, he said if there were complications it would cost nearly $400.00. I considered that unreasonable and refused further service. |

Description of Work: Checked our house to see why the electric in the garage was not working. Turns out it was a simple 'flip of the switch' for our Breaker Box and accepted our $25.00 coupon from Angies List toward our Service call which made it a $54.00 visit. They also gave us a 30 day No Service charge if this should happen again, but we hope not as they said it could be something more detailed going on. Thanks!

Description of Work: Examined old furnace that was failing and quoted price for new furnace. They explained why they quoted what they did and answered any questions we had. They even called us in the evening so my husband could ask questions. They were able to get our new furnace installed the next morning. They called us the morning of the installation to see if we needed any space heaters to get by until the new furnace was installed. We definitely needed them as the furnace had failed and the house was only at 58 degrees with the temperature falling. Installation went very well. I was surprised that no one from the company tried to sell us a warranty plan or a maintenance plan.
