Korte Does It All was fine but they are expensive. That was the only thing that I did not like and other than that it was a good interaction.

They were able to come when needed. They were polite. One piece of equipment they brought out was not working as it should to check underground wiring. We got that resolved and they even gave me a credit for that problem.

I?m happy with them. They are expensive but they are competent and they are respectful when they are here; they do things like always put on booties when they come in my house. The quality of their work is fine. They are high priced but everyone is high priced. They have a good reputation and we see their trucks all over. They have a discount club where they?ll check your heater and air conditioning once a year and you get a discount when they come out for other things. They are always punctual and I usually don?t have to wait very long after I call for them to come out.

It went okay. I thought they charged plenty for what they did because they didn't have much to do.

Bad. Electrician arrived with helper. Could not get switches to operate properly. Called in another expert, no luck. Called in their top electrical expert. No Success.. The switches controlled the bottom half of the outlets in the den. The were successful in getting all but one outlet to operate properly There is no doubt about how the switches were electrically wired before the problem. They tried to convince my wife and I that the switches had never operated as we claimed. We had lived in the house for about 15 years. I felt that they were taking advantage of retired people and felt that they could bluff us. I paid what I considered an extravagant sum for a job that was never completed. Called to talk to the president and got absollutely no satisfaction. She believed the electricians. I would never have them on my property again.

They did a very good job. It costed about $400. I thought the price was high. There were two of them here. I think it was a dirty job. I did not get other estimates so I don?t know if it was high. I left them here and went to work. I think they were here for at least 4 hours. I don?t know if the ceiling fans got their own new breakers. I don?t think they had to create another new circuit for it. I would hire them again.

Two servicemen came separately--a plumber and electrician. The plumber came, sized up the job quickly, changed the toilet seat in 15 minutes and looked at a second one as well. He only charged us for the trip charge (which is required). No other service charge. The electrician came about 30 minutes later. He looked at one light socket and showed us an old switch that we didn't realize had been turned off, in another part of the basement. His diagnosis was quick, especially given that this is an old (1929) house. He quickly diagnosed the second light problem as a faulty switch and changed it. My only quibble (and it's minor) is that the switch color doesn't match the one next to it. I had also asked about changing the second switch (since they were the same age, it appeared) but he said he didn't have any more switches on his truck. Otherwise, the experience was positive and the price was fair--the trip charge covered both service people. And the trip charge is good for a full month.

Obviously, they are not competent or skilled. It is an insult to have them tell us that we don't know what we're talking about. Because they sent out people unqualified to do the job, I had to pay for 4 people; not the 1 or 2 people the job required. I also felt that they thought they could "do a snow job on old people". No Korte employee will never again set foot on our property.

An electrician prewired the garage and came back later to finish the work. The finish electrician was different than the original one and didn't know to bring back the proper plate cover the original electrician had promised. The problem was corrected in another trip but they wanted to charge me for another trip! The original electrician remembered the situation and I was not charged. The electricians were both very good and professional; they just needed better communication amongst themselves and the office. I would have preferred the original electrician finish the work he was familiar with. I felt taken advantage of by the plumber. He did some of what I asked but convinced me to change things I'm not sure were necessary. I only wanted the faucet sprayer replaced (I had the same brand replacement new from the factory), but he said it couldn't be done. I went to Menards and got a complete new faucet with a sprayer while he did other jobs on my list. I had to hurry back so as not to be charged for his time while waiting for me. He was able to fix the leak under the sink but In the process informed me my entire sink drain system needed replaced as well as the filter to the ice maker (another trip). The sink hasn't drained properly since he "fixed it". I had wanted the fire place log lighter replaced as the end was broken off; the plumber wasn't able to get it unscrewed from the base so he gave up and said it couldn't be done. He didn't try things like WD40. I paid for his time to do this but it's still not fixed. I just didn't feel the plumber really cared whether he fixed anything or not. His fee was the same either way. It's been several months now since I reported the drain problem and no one has called me back. I give up. I don't want them back.

Great...as first time homeowners, we are learning alot. Service man was kind and patient as my husband asked thousands of questions. Showed us what the problem was and continued to test the rest of the outlets to confirm theory.

Great. Unplugged the pump and did not have to replace it.

They have a great customer service department to talk with when I call them. They are very professional. They wear booties on their foot. They also come when they are supposed to.

Overall, we were pleased with the whole service. They are excellent and really take their time to explain exactly what they are going to do. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are reliable and very professional.

The men that came cleaned up after themselves really well. The quality of the product is excellent and we were very satisfied by the experience.

I hate to say it, but these guys were terrible! They removed the existing soffit with no problems and installed the new elec. boxes, but when the drywall patch and repair began, it was ridiculous. The guy they sent to do drywall told me (after he had been struggling to smooth down the patch for 2 DAYS!) "I don't know why they sent me, I don't do drywall". The supervisor then came out to try and patch the job. He supposedly used to do drywall. He tried to make it look presentable for 5 days of repeated mudding and sanding. My kitchen was a dusty mess! I finally kicked them out and told them to call a real dry-waller. They sent Scott with Affordable Class Act drywall who was awesome and fixed the drywall they had been trying to smooth out for 5 days in 2 HOURS! He also primed it. Korte was then supposed to come back and paint, but oops, they sent the electricians back before it was painted! I got fed up and painted it myself. Then Korte came back to hang the lights.
