Description of Work: We had a broken exterior spigot. It broke in the wall of the garage. My husband took off the paneling, the drywall and the insulation. Placed an emergency call to Korte to have it repaired. They arrived in a very timely manner and replaced the copper pipe and exterior faucet. It took him less than an hour to repair the spigot. We were shocked when he presented us with a bill for $564.00 for this repair. And that was after he deducted 10% as we are Korte Club members. For the little bit of work he performed (although it was good) we expected to get a bill for about $200.00 not the outrageous about we were charged. Will definitely not be using them again for anything like this.

Description of Work: They fixed and electrical switch down in our basement and hooked up live wires that were just hanging. They were very professional and prompt. They showed up exactly when they said he would. And the technician even went the extra mile to help make our home safer.

Description of Work: I needed help with my yard/post light near the driveway. It didn't work and I had purchased a new one. When the service tech came he found that my wiring had been severed by a tree company that had stumped a tree stump for me. He installed the new light and dug up and reconnected the severed wiring. He was very professional but I thought their prices were a bit high.
