Description of Work: I called to set up an appointment twice an never received a return phone call.

Description of Work: I purchased Angie's List Big Deal on October 28, 2011 and emailed and called immediately for an appointment. He called back the following day and I told him I needed it done by November 15. He assured me it would be no problem. I have emailed and called and he simply will not show up. Said he is too busy. December 1 and he is still too busy. I paid Angie's List so I called Angie's List for a refund since they ranked him a 'highly rated service provider'. Angie's List now tells me they've already paid this guy so it's up to him to give my money back. I can't even get him to show up--and they've paid him? Sweet deal for him. I wonder how many others got scammed by Angie's List and Olsons? My charge card was charged by Angie's List and they have a fiduciary responsibility here they are denying. Angies List rep said they would contact him, but it's really up to him. Update: AL agreed to refund the money I paid to them instead of requiring me to recover it from provider they'd already paid for the service. Timeframe: Paid for and request service October 28. December 1, still had not shown up and could not promise a date. Refund given December 2. Obviously, this isn't a reliable provider and I would not recommend at all.

Description of Work: removed 3 knockout roses; spread mulch, planted 3 Stella d'oros, applied sealant to aggregate sidewalk, trimmed six hollies.

Description of Work: Removed old hardwood mulch from numerous garden beds and re-applied shredded cypress; Restored about 400 sq feet area of back lawn severely damaged during some construction; Assembled an 6 x 8 foot metal storage shed including a separate flooring system; Moved and replanted an existing raised bed; Built a second raised-bed to match the first.
