They came when they said they would. It started raining quite a lot and they couldn't work for a few days. But they called us to make sure we knew they'd be out to finish the job as soon as the rain let up. We know they didn't forget us. They did good work. We also had them install a new shower for us as well. We live in the country and it's hard to get people to come out sometimes. This company has always been reliable for that. They're clean and wear the little booties to make sure they don't get my house dirty.

Things started out fine with the lines being installed. However, despite the correct shower fixtures being put in respective baths for them to install, they were installed in wrong baths. They charged us a trip charge to install the master tub (which was delayed in being delivered - not their fault) despite the fact that they had to come out anyway to correct the shower fixture error. Despite knowledge that the master shower was to be wheelchair accessible, the drain was placed in the wrong location. Of the 2 toilets they installed, one of them leaked. They grumbled about the fact that our stainless steel sink needed another hole drilled in it to accommodate the faucet we had purchased and said they couldn't do it. Every time we called about one of the above problems, the woman I talked to would say things like, and quot;Oh, you didn't buy your fixtures from us, DID YOU???and quot; The implication was that they were giving us poor service because we had had bought our own faucets, sinks, etc. (We had bargain shopped for these over a period of years before we built.) When it was time to install the bathroom sinks, they 'fired' us because we had pedestal sinks instead of vanities!!! They said that the plans showed vanities and that plumbing is different for vanities and pedestal sinks. Our contractor confirmed that, but said that every other subcontractor did a walk-through to finalize plans and discuss any problems, but Greenwell did not. As lay-people who had never built a house before, we had no idea we were supposed to tell the plumbers what kind of sinks we had! After we hired another plumber to finish up (Onsite Plumbing - a good experience), Greenwell had to come back and reinstall the cutoff valve on the leaking toilet because they did it wrong the first time. Onsite Plumbing laughed when told that Greenwell couldn't drill a hole in the kitchen sink and they drilled one right away with no problem. Very unprofessional behavior by everyone with whom we were involved at Greenwell Plumbing.

They were okay. They did a good job. They were amazing. The price they charged was good and so was the quality of job.

We called them, they came the next business day. After searching, they found the leak in the crawl space. Had to replace a too small pipe that had come from the manufacturer. The service was quick, thorough and professional. Have used them before. Price was reasonable for what was done. Very satisfied.

I was very satisfied with them. They did an excellent job. The amount I paid them was within their estimate and their time frame was perfect. They were honest workers. There was nobody living in that house. They took the opportunity to clean out and they did clean out. I would use their services in the future too.

The gentleman was very friendly, upbeat, and real positive. He did not have a part with him so he had to go to the store and get the part. He brought that back and installed the part and everything was fine. He left a mess here and there and I had to fix that. The next day I discovered that the plumber had put in a defective broken part. He had put in a plank incorrectly and set above the floor which he shouldn't have. We called them and they did come back and they did fix it to our satisfaction. The guy apologized and said he should have fixed it. He knew what he had done when he got called.

We use them all the time. We are on their preferred list so they come every six months. Supposedly they give us a discount when they come.

Do not buy the "lifetime warranty" they offer. They overcharge for their services and then "reduce" it to what it should be to begin with. I think I was a sucker to get taken in by this offer.

We woke up Saturday morning to a water leak on the pipe coming into the basement (before the shut off valve). called greenwell plumbing, told them exactly what the problem was, service person came out that afternoon, charged us $50 and told us he did not have the parts and would be back Monday. we had no water in the house all weekend, had to turn it off at the meter. He came back Monday, charged us $285 more, $89 of which was to cut into the drywall. (about a 12 inch cut which we would have had done for him if he had told us there was an additional charge for this) my husband also went back and forth from the meter to turn water on and off on Saturday for him. my husband called to complain about the bill. On Tuesday they called and said service person was off, they would not see invoice until Wednesday, they never called him back again. we knew Saturday service would cost more, which would have been fine had it been fixed on Saturday. I approved the charge by phone, knowing it was too much, but did not want to go without water an additional day. serviceman did not explain charges over the phone, just gave total. will never use this company again and will tell everyone I know about our experience with them.

Had stopped up kitchen sink on Saturday night. Left voice mails for three plumbers - Greenwell only one that called back. Was told $75 service call fee, plus what ever other costs on top of that once the situation was assessed. Sure, that's okay. Plumbers show up, assess the situation, and go back to truck to write up estimate. Come back in - $417. At first I balked and said that's way out of line (I was expecting around $200). Plumber says, well, then just cough up the $75 service call fee and we'll be on our way. At that point, I should have just ran them off empty handed, but I was suppossed to entertain family the following day. So I said go ahead. They snaked the drain pipe and replace a couple of PVC pieces under the sink. Good to go. $417 for about 20 minutes work. The PVC started leaking the next day, but they came back and tightened it up and it's been good ever since. Work was quality, attitude was proffessional, etc. But, let's be honest, I got reamed. I have no one to blame but myself.

The on-call employee, John, was very courteous and professional. I called him first for advice on a Sat. morning and then called later that afternoon to schedule the replacement of the water heater for the next morning (this was Labor Day weekend). John arrived on time the next morning and cleaned up nicely after the job was completed. He answered our questions and did a very nice job with the installation.

The whole project went well. Called late afternoon and they were there first thing next morning. Gave me a quote, I accepted and work was performed quickly and professionally. Did very nice job, and they gave me a quote on another job, another bathroom for updating plumbing fixtures and will most likely have them do it in the near future.

Selecting this company because it scored an "A" on Angie's List, I contacted them for the purpose of repairing a leak with my sump pump discharge. In addition, I wanted a quieter check valve. The company called prior to the plumber arriving. The plumber arrived on schedule, had all the right tools, determined the problem and proceeded to fix it without delay. The plumber explained in detail possible options to improve my check valve noise. He installed a second valve, which did improve the existing situation. The price seemed a bit high for the amount of time he was working on the problem, however, when I noticed that a seal in the new check valve had not seated properly and was leaking, I contacted Greenwell and they sent the plumber right back out. It was repaired immediately and without further charge! Yes, I would use Greenwell again!

They replaced the main sewer line to the house from the septic tank and installed a riser so they could locate the main cover to the septic tank. They are very good and very fair priced.

We have used their services before. They have a lifetime guarantee that you can get so they will come out once a year as long as you live there and they will check all of the plumbing and pipes. For anything else they come out for, they will discount their services. They do not charge by the hour but by the job.

Called them about the water leak and fixing that was around a third of the estimate. There was no pressure to do the additional services. They wore booties in the house to protect the carpet and when they tracked up some dirt from the basement, volunteered to clean the mess. They ran into a number of unexpected issues including replacing a hose shut off valve which started leaking when the water was turned back on and having to cut through the sidewalk instead of dig under it without changing the price.

He did a good job. In fact, he had the pipe that he needed right on his truck. I haven t had any problems with the leak since he was here. I called them and he was here the next day to do the work. He was very courteous and professional. I did think that he was a little high on his price.

I CALLED AND THEY RESPONED VERY QUICKLY. THEY WERE PROMPT. THERE WASN'T A MESS LEFT AFTER THEY WERE DONE, WHICH I APPRECIATED. I LOVED THIS COMPANY.

THEY GAVE US A FAIR ESTIMATE. THE FINAL COST WAS MORE, AND THEY STUCK WITH THEIR ESTIMATE. THEY WERE REALLY GOOD ABOUT GETTING HERE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE WHICH WAS IMPORTANT TO US. SO FAR SO GOOD, WE HAVE HAD NO MORE PROBLEMS WITH THE SYSTEM.

THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY MADE A MINIMUM MESS. THEY WORKED VERY QUICKLY AND GOT THE JOB DONE IN LESS TIME, THAN WE THOUGHT IT WOULD TAKE. WE HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE. THEY ARE NOT THE LEAST EXPENSIVE, BUT THEY DO QUALITY WORK AND I AM WILLING TO PAY FOR IT.
