Excellent work....could not have asked for better service. Greenwell was knowledgeable and stuck to the estimate cost. I would recommend this company for anyone's plumbing needs.

Repairman tightened something and that took care of the problem. Only charged me the dispatch fee.

They said that the drain was clear and there was nothing they could see. They said they'd only be able to fix a problem they could see. They were unable to fix the problem and really didn't do any plumbing work. We were charged the service fee for them to come out. They did say if the problem returned they could come back out and waive the service fee.

We have used Greenwell for 14 years & they are awesome! It was a difficult job since the house was built in 1962. They replaced the inside main sewage pipe, with jackhammering to the ground, poured concrete in that area as well as in the shower area to stabilize the floor for the new shower. They tore out the old toilet, sink & shower. They replaced the toilet, wall sink, put in a new shower, framed & drywalled around it. Ran a new drain, & put in a utility sink. They knew we were in a hurry to get this job done. Rather than have to wait 2 weeks, they added us to their schedule between other jobs. It took about a week. I couldn't get plumbers to call me back, & the one that did come & do an estimate was not going to start the job for 3 months at a cost of $2,000 more than Greenwell. Greenwell has always done an amazing job for us. From wearing booties in the house to not cause a mess, to always being on time. We won't call another plumber from now on. Greenwell is the best!!!

Service went well. They left the pipe sticking out and said they will come back and cut it out when the ground settle and they did. They did an awesome job and I'm very satisfied with it.

Everything went very well. The work was excellent.

on Sunday they Charge $99. to show up then $148 per hour labor with at least a 1 hour minimum, so don't call unless it's an emergency

They were excellent. I can't say enough good things about them. They inspected a house that we are getting ready to move to and they gave us an estimate on a shower remodel. We don't care about the price because, they have always done a great job. They do really good work. We have a service with them where they check the water heater and drains. We got it years ago. We have been using them for at least 10 years. I plan on using them again.

They did a good job but it was very overpriced.

I like their punctuality, their ability to fix the problem and not overcharge me and not charge for parts and equipment that I don’t need.

I used a fairly new dividson of Greenwell Plumbing, Home Pro. This service is wonderful. There is one person to deal with for all the sub-contrators. Also there is great office staff to answer questions and help with plumbing fixtures, Staci Montgomery was always very helpful and great to work with, she kept communications flowing. I met with Joe Kirchgessner April 17, 2014 to go over the details of the job. He listened to what I wanted and was very responsive and offered great suggestion to create a better job. Joe gave me a list of all the trades and scources for fixtures, cabinetry, granite and others needed to complete the job. This included the contact person for each business. All I had to do was to go and make my selections for tile, granite and light fixtures. Joe scheduled the cabinet maker, shelving, shower glass and shutters to come to the house with selections, on my schedule. Each sub-contractor showed up as scheduled completed their part of the job, Showing respect and care with my home. As can be expected in a fourty year old house there was a bump or two in the road but Joe always told me and quot;no problem we can do thatand quot;.And they did! Plus the attention to detail was amazing. They insisted that everything was finished to perfection. ,The job was complete the first week of July.

It was good. They were very knowledgeable about their product like efficient water conditioner which I never heard of, and they had the same ideas as the other people which was good, and it confirms what should be done for the services. They were on time and punctual.

Sometime in November 2013, unbeknownst to me, a water pipe leak occurred under the foundation of my house. It was only brought to my attention when I got a huge sewer and water bill totaling almost $1000 in late December. I called Greenwell Plumbing and they came out within a few days to look at the problem. They apologized for me having to wait a few days, but this was when this area was experiencing very cold temperatures and pipes were freezing and bursting and the plumbing companies were swamped with people calling about flooding homes. I understood this completely. When they came to the house they spent quite some time trying to locate the leak and finally suggested that I call the American Leak Detection Company.which I did. For anyone who has an underground (under the foundation) leak, this company is a Godsend. This company came the very next day and Greenwell was here to meet them. Within 20 minutes of being in the house, the leak detection company had located the leak in the kitchen. Greenwell immediately started jack hammering through the ceramic tile floor and into the foundation. We soon heard the gushing of the water from the leak. This was quite a large leak as my December water bill had said that I had used over 50,000 gallons of water in one month!!! After fixing the leak by replacing the pipe, and then pouring concrete into the hole to fill it up, they cleaned up the mess and left. Throughout the entire process they answered any questions I had and apologized for having to mess up my kitchen floor, which I had just had installed a few months before. They wanted me to sign up for an annual contract and kept pushing for that instead of fixing my current problem. Their prices were too high so I never used them and will not use them and will not recommend them to any one.

I was satisfied. It was a very brief very and a short issue but they were good to work with. We were getting ready to sell the house, the buyer had an issue with the water pressure, and it was during the bitter cold time when everyone's water pipes were bursting. We had them scheduled to come and look at the water pressure but they didn't show up. When we called they said they would come a little late, we said that's fine because we knew there were lot of burst water pipes and ours was not nearly severe. However, they didn't call and when they didn't show up, I called their office and there was somebody there after hours. They didn't take my call but they immediately called my husband and apologized for not getting back with him and told him that it would be later. They did show up two hours later, they didn't call us to tell us they were going to but they said the technician was not told to be called. He stayed until all my questions were answered. He was very proficient and he was very professional. Even though it was cold and he had been in cold water all day, he was very good and I was very pleased. It only cost me $50 even though he showed up after hours so that was good. He was sitting in cold basements the whole day, so he was having a miserable day and he still came and did my call so I was very happy.

Overall, it went well. This project involved not only the sump pump drains, but also improvements to downspouts drainage and adding a drain to an area of our backyard where water runs off a hill. It involved removing rocks from a landscaped dry creek drainage area and placing a large drain pipe to handle the volume of water from both the sump pump and the hillside. When I advised them that the end of the drainage pipe at the street was not placed in the best location, the owner of the company came out and found a good solution and the staff corrected the problem very promptly. The owner assured me he would make sure we were completely satisfied with their work, and he made sure that happened. Prior to the project beginning, the owner offered to meet with our next door neighbor to discuss what they would be doing, since the work was at the border of our yards and slightly impacted his yard.. We have used this company a number of times in the past couple of years and are satisfied with their performance. We will continue to use them in the future.

They came out immediately and did a great job. Left no mess.

Went very well and now have plenty of hot water

Company Provided a good estimate (was within range of an estimate received by phone call with a commitment to do the work but the Harrison County company never called back to established a installation date). Date of estimate we went ahead and scheduled the installation for several days later. The work crew came and installed the water heater, ensured no leaks, cleaned up and went on their way. Even though this company is farther away from my house, I would call them for any future plumbing needs and would skip trying to call a Harrison County company.

This was fifteen months ago. It was a warranty replacement. They were professional. They got the work done and got out!

That went pretty well. They took care of it quickly and professionally. They installed a water based backup system.

We called them and within two hours, they replaced it. Again, I was only down for the day and I called several plumbers and asked them if they could come that day, everybody said no except for this company. They came right out and they were super. I do not know how good the price was, because I was not able to compare prices. They came out and got the job done. They were very prompt. I would use this provider again in the future.

They did a good job as far as the quality of work, they cleaned up after themselves and they were punctual. They called after the services were performed and asked when they would receive their money, this was before I had even received a bill. Felt that they were rushing me through the inspection due to wanting payment for the job. They didn't split the lines for the two separate tenants, so hot water was going to both apartments from the water heater which was only hooked up to one apartment. When I called to have this fixed, they stated that I should have told them this prior to the work and they were going to charge me like a new customer to come out and get it repaired. However, when I contacted them originally, I stated that the only thing coming between the two apartments was cold water. Graded quality nonapplicable because quality of work was good, but was done incorrectly, and felt their attitude about the correction was way off base.

This company is great. I have used them twice and plan on using them again in the future. I had the same professional come out to my house and he was very friendly and personable and he also remembered me. The service was great. The first time we had a huge clog in bathroom sink which we had to get fixed and then the second time we had a leaky pipe in our basement. The technician even looked over my broken dishwasher. He didn't charge me for that since he couldn't fix it but he was able to give me tips about what was probably wrong with it. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

The office people were nice very and responsive. I needed installation in a hurry and they scheduled me promptly. The technician wasn't too friendly but he did the job. I had to ask alot of questions because he wasn't forthcoming with any information. Other than that I would definitely use them again. Since I am a member of The REMC, I didn't have to pay Greenwell anything, It was all done through my electric company.
