Really nice fellow came out and inspected inside and outside for source of mice. Put bait traps and snap traps in strategic locations. Plugged up an entry he found we didn't see. They're dropping like flies. GOOD! I do like that quarterly offer to come out and treat/look for all types of creepy crawling things. Seems like an excellent deal and it's on my radar.

Went well. Super nice guy. Communicated with us well where he thought the critters were entering and our options for sealing accesses.

The workers arrived on time and explained their procedures. We went through the house together to inspect evidence of mice. The workers helped me clean out my pantry where we discovered mice had been frequenting. I now know that mice like chocolate. Since that day I keep all bags and packages in plastic tubs. I also have this company come out every three month to spray for insects. They've done such a fantastic job that we haven't seen any mice or insects since treatments began. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right and who wants green products used on their property and home.

The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time and performed a thorough inspection. He answered all my questions, actually listened to my concerns and provided expert advice and service options based on my concerns. I was very impressed with the technician's knowledge and honesty, and that he didn't try to take advantage of my extreme musophobia by suggesting expensive services with unrealistic promises.

Very punctual, and provided explanations as to process during a walk around the house, and pointed out various insect issues and what the process would do to eliminate it. Willing to answer questions, and offer suggestions. Crawled under deck to verify no termite issues.

Janelle contacted me promptly to get all my information and setup my appointment. Matt called the day of appt and was able to come a bit earlier which was fine by me. He explained what they do, told me about the yearly contract, which I plan on setting up with them. He sprayed around entire house and told me everything looked good. The only problem area he saw were some bag worms on a small tree in front near garage and he sprayed there also. When I can setup the yearly plan, I will definitely do so with them! =)

They were professional and handled my problem. I have since signed up for their quarterly service.

They brought some little cakes that were supposed to kill the mice. I called them because there had been mice in the garage and I wanted them to clean up the mess they had made. They told me they don’t do the clean-up. I feel that I paid $150 for something I could have done myself. It didn’t seem to be worth that price.

The appointment was scheduled for 1:00pm and Matt arrived at 1:00pm. He was very professional and courteous. I explained what my issues were, mostly spiders and ants. He was very knowledgeable about all the pests and their habitats. He pointed out and discussed problem areas around the perimeter of the home. I decided to go ahead with the inside because I do have an issue with spiders. I highly recommend this company, they were a delight to do business.
