The gentleman was professional, assessed situation and determined no nest was present, however they could be scouting for a new nest location. He answered all my questions and gave me some really cool info/facts about hornets.

First time they dusted and sprayed, this got rid of some of the wasps, however they had to come out again (no additional cost) and respray. The second time did the trick and the wasps are gone.

Very well, ants gone next day as we were no longer hearing or seeing them.

well! serviceman was nice, friendly, and professional. ran late a bit both visits but he called to let us know. other than that we were very satisfied and would request him again. it's only been a week since the follow up treatment and we haven't seen any problems yet.

Very unhappy. Technician showed up and did not even let me know he had arrived. I just happened to spot him outside. Otherwise, I would not have known he had even been here. Had I known that the $99 treatment was nothing more than one man with a spray can going around the exterior of the house only spraying what he could reach with a 2 foot wand, I never would have purchased the deal to begin with. What a waste. I've had 4 to 5 hornets getting in since then. Save your money and do it yourself.

They were done in about 20-30 minutes on my 1800sqft home; it's been almost a month and I haven't seen a single wasp/hornet.

The gentlemen were so nice. Even though it was threatening to rain any minute they got right to it. I forgot to ask though if the rain we have been having (starting less than 30 minutes after they sprayed) will impact the affect of the spray.

Went well. No concerns, responsive, good customer service and did the job quickly and professionally.

Great professional service from scheduling appt through application. Sprayed entire yard but specifically bushes in front of house infested with bees and wasps. Now I can sit on my front porch again. Offered future services but no high pressure sales pitch. Couldn'the be happier.

We used an Angie's List deal to have our house looked over for entry points. We were able to address many on our own. We also got traps and bait stations. Waiting for the first frost to see how this winter will go RE mice and such. But the second pro who came was very thorough and professional. With our old house, I'm sure we'll need services again, and I will definitely consider Franklin.

It was an okay experience, but not thorough enough. Though he put in the write up about an area that needed to be sealed, he did not verbalize that to my husband (who went on the walk-thru with him). So when we had a cold snap, we had mice. And even after we sealed the one entry point mentioned, we STILL have mice getting in some how. I will probably call them back out to re-bait the bait stations, but I was kind of bummed that they did not do a more thorough inspection and really identify where mice could enter. From what I can tell, only one mouse got hold of the bait. The others were killed in traps we put out on our own. I am in the process of trying to ID any other potential entries on my own.

Very nice fellow, I think his name is Matt. As far as putting the traps out and being on the job, he seemed to do very well. They came right away. He was there on time. He was very professional. I haven?t had any results. The traps haven?t caught anything, but then again, I haven?t seen any mice either. That is what I was having trouble with. So, I don?t know if I would use them again. It?s not them, it?s a matter of would I spent my $150 buck to do this again. Probably not. They do what they say, they come out and set the traps and everything. I don?t know if it was because I was out of town for 5 or 6 weeks, that he hadn?t gotten back to ne about a follow up, but I am going to call him again.
