The service provider was fantastic. He arrived on time went right to work and performed the work quickly and easily. We were very pleased with the job done and will have them back at a future date.

It was okay. They are going to come back. There were no additional fees. I don't have a good memory of this. I remember all the bad ones so this must have been fine. I think it went fairly quickly.

He inspected three bedrooms and two rooms with couches and assured us that we did not have bed bugs causing the bites on my arms. I called one day and he came the next to do the inspection. He was running 15 minutes behind but called 30 minutes ahead to let me know that. He did a thorough inspection and was courteous and professional. I will definitely call them again if I think we might need help with pests or bugs.

Via Angie's list I emailed 2 pest control services. One still has not contacted me; Franklin called within an hour, completed the extermination within 2 days to my families satisfaction. Paul, Franklin, kept in touch, until process complete. Great outcome.

Needless to say I was a little freaked out to be dealing with a bed bug infestation - even in a rental property. Matt was just awesome! He was very knowledgeable and professional and they were ultimately able to totally rid the property of those pesky bugs! If you ever have the unfortunate problem of having to deal with bed bugs, Kentucky Pest Control is the company to call. I will use them for all of my pest control needs and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

They had a special on Angie's List and I bought it. It is 3 treatments for $149.00. The best investment I ever made. They have been here twice 3 weeks apart (that's what I set up), I have one treatment left . When I called them I couldn't go in my backyard without being attacked, it was horrible so I wouldn't go out. After they came I couldn't believe it I could stay out way past dark and not get bitten! They tell you it lasts 2 to 3 weeks but by the time they came again 3 weeks later I had very few mosquitoes and they sprayed and I am back to none again! Wonderful!!!

These spray methods are marginally effective. One rain and it's over. Deet is still your best answer to mosquitoes. The spraying does reduce the degree of pestyness. This area is mosquito heaven and without treatment any patio use would be difficult. I was swarmed by the beasts before treatment during the morning dog "outs". Serious attacks only occur off property.

I had used this company before thru a deal. Did not realize deals were for first time customers only. They did a fine job when they did an earlier deal that was a pest treatment.

Tom Snyder showed up on time and was extremely friendly and helpful. He sprayed the whole interior and exterior of my home and placed special emphasis on the kitchen, where the ant problem was worst. He gave me advice on additional measures to prevent reinfestation (removing overgrowth on the exterior) and advice on additional issues like spiders and mosquitos. He was extremely professional, timely and thorough. I would recommend this company in the future.

Extremely professional and a very good price. I signed up for the quarterly service. He was there on time and very efficient. He sprayed the outside and when I asked him to spray the laundry room (which is in the basement) he had no problems doing so. He also stated that if there is a problem in between service he will come out and spray for free. I can't recommend them enough.

Mr. Snyder provided an exterior treatment around my house for pests. I had an issue with ants and they are now gone. I will most likely go for an annual interior/exterior treatment plan. Excellent job by KY Termite Co.

I contacted them and said I was ready for the service on Friday July 3rd he called and said he couldn't mark it until Monday July 6th I told him I was really hoping for that Friday but he said he was sorry Monday was it. He must of heard how disappointed I was because like 10 minutes later he called me back and asked if I a 4th of July party scheduled for the next day and if that was why I really wanted it done on the 3rd. I told me yes and he agreed to change up some of his stops for him to make it to my house. That was GREAT the spray worked and we had a great 4th of July because of him. I was very appreciative on how he went out of his way to help and it was great. I will be calling for my second of three treatments this week.

The do great! Any time we see extra spiders, or last year, stink bugs, they promptly come back ot and take care of the problem.
