I had that done, it was great. It was wonderful. I haven't had a problem since. It was perfect. They did everything and it was great. The workers were fine, very friendly, very nice, went around the house, didn't have any problems. They hardly made any mess because it was a spray job.

It turned out great! They did what they advertised and it worked out perfectly for us.

Technician came out and sprayed. When we came back after 4 hours it was the first time in weeks we didn't get attacked by fleas. Followed their instructions and vacuumed and never saw another flea again. They even went out of their way to call and remind me about scheduling the second appointment after i forgot.

There was one worker. It took him about an half hour to complete the job. The area was clean.

Service technician was very cordial and competent.

It took him about less than half an hour and away he went. There are no termites. They came right away. I just spent what was advertised. There were no problems. My interaction with him was fine. I asked him questions and he was talking. The work turned out fine. I haven't seen any pests.

Did 1 minute of work then left. Was suppose to do entire perimeter, only did 3 feet outside and 3 feet inside, had to call company back and complain/reschedule. Very poor service for the amount of money I had to pay, will never do business with them again.

Work was prompt and thorough. In fact I called them to come back 2 weeks later to spray for the "stink" bugs. They had no problem returning and I'm glad to say the bugs are gone.

They came out, sprayed and left notice of work completed. My hope is that the Asian beetles were conquered!!

Our tech did a good job of killing and removing several wasp nests around our house. He also sprayed around the entire perimeter and we've noticed much fewer ants/bugs making it into the house. Would hire again for next year.

We recently bought a house and were concerned because the termite bait things in the yard were indicating activity. Todd and a co-worker arrived early and looked at the areas of concern. They even looked in my basement and showed me that a previous treatment had been done but that it didn't appear that there were any active termites. They were professional and thorough and didn't end up charging me for the visit. I would definitely call them again in the future for another job.

After waiting an hour past the scheduled appointment time, I called and cancelled the appointment. In that hour, I never received a phone call to let me know that the technician was running late. The appointment was for 8am on Saturday. I was pretty sure that I was his first appointment of the day.

Very thorough inspection and spray for pest. Matt explained everything that he was doing while he was there. I would definitely recommend Kentucky Termite and Control

This went great. Christian, the tech, really knows his stuff. I learned quite a few things from him, especially about ants. Christian was very respectful and courteous, very personable. Roughly 27 or so days after the 1st application, I had a few Carpenter ants make a visit in the kitchen, I was treated very well about a 2nd visit to see what was up. Christian helped me understand a little more about ants and was very helpful with the no hassle follow up treatment. I highly recommend Franklin Pest Control.

We've been using them for 3 years. They're doing a great job. It's a fair price for the property I have. I had a problem with one guy but they straightened that out. Maybe I am too picky.

They were very prompt and friendly. They were very patient and happy to answer all of my questions. I would use them again them again in the future.

I was scheduled for a 4pm visit; Christian of Franklin Pest Solutions was at our home a few minutes early, which was fine. He did the perimeter of our house and also did a quick spray of a tree where he saw signs of ants. He took time to explain to me everything he had done and also about the chemical he applied to the outside of our house, as well as how long it would work and what it was made from (so I understood that it was not going to be toxic to our pets when they were outside. Christian was very friendly and willing to take the time to answer my questions. He commented that we had schedule his visit just in time as earwigs were just about due to make their appearance. After a few warm days and evenings, I know we would have seen plenty of them already in the house but so far not a single one. We should have had this done starting a long time ago. I would certainly have this company work for me in the future and would be pleased if it was Christian who showed up, being that my experience with him this time around was so good.

I contracted Kentucky Termite to solve a rodent problem at a 4-plex. At the beginning of February they suggested I get set up on a monthly schedule for some recurring services to eliminate the problem. On March 15, a tnenat complained that there was a horrible death smell and a lot of flies around a certain area, which I can only assume is from dead rodents where the traps were. I called KTPC to inquire about my monthly service and Susan explained that no one had been back out and they weren't really too sure why not, but that someone was going to head out the foolowing day and they would call me back to let me know what the schedule would be going forward. I didnt recieve a call the next day and called the day after and spoke with Tom who said he didn't see the appointment Susan made on the books at all, but someone would be out on Friday March 18, and I would recieve a call to discuss findings and the schedule. On Sunday my tenant complained that nothing had been done, so I called and left the business a message. Today when I called, Susan explained that someone had been out and she still wasnt sure if anyone had been out or if anything had been done, and she would call me back. At that point I asked if I could just hold while she inquired about the situation beucase I wasn't feeling confident in the level of service I was recieving. I sat o hold for about two minutes, was then hung up on, and recieved and answering machine when I called back. At this point I fel ripped off for the $300 I have already paid. The problem still exists and Customer Service has been a real joke.

He was very nice. We had an ant problem and after his visit, it cleared right up!

Good service and the tech i forgot his name was really helpful and walked us through the process. Would use again but hopefully we wont have to
