Description of Work: Mosquitoes control. We used this service last year and was happy to see it offered on Angie's List again this year. Last year we had less mosquitoes than any of our neighbors. We are hoping for the same great results this year!

Description of Work: Performed an exterior insect protection, both granular and liquid. Technician was polite but not very professional. I asked for information on what was to be performed and the response was spotty. I might use them again, but would want explicit information about the protection to be performed, up front.

Description of Work: They de-moused my house! Each of my "ewwws" was met with an equally strong "we can take care of that"! Just what I needed and would (and will) call again when needed!

Description of Work: Sprayed the house for ants and the garage for carpenter bees. I did not see either critter again by that afternoon. It was wonderful not worrying about ants, and being able to go back out into the yard again.

Description of Work: I got the entire year pest control package. |They were awesome. They called me to schedule but I had to cancel the first appt and told them I would call back to reschedule. I am super busy and just totally forgot. They called me twice and left messages trying to reschedule. The third time she left such a sweet message saying she hoped everything was okay (I had to cancel because infant was ill) with my daughter and family and she was concerned since I hadn't called back to reschedule.i finally called back and let them know how sweet it was for them to care and actively reschedule my appt. Which they didn't have to do since I had paid and wasn't returning phone calls. It let's you know they really value customer service and more importantly customers. |When they came out to spray the guy was so nice and went through everything with me. Then he have me his buisness card with cell and said for my husband or I to call anytime if we have continued problems with the insects or had questions. |I am so very impressed by this company and hands down would recommend them to anyone. Cherry on top is that their prices are right in line with everyone else.
