Description of Work: We used Franklin Pest for many years, paying for annual services. Two years ago, I asked about less toxic options for termites. I want less toxic options for our own family health, and also because I have a beehive. I left word and did get some information sent to me in 2014. I talked with the reception person about the options. To follow-up, I left calls over many months that weren't returned. Finally, in June 2015 I talked with the manager, and he said options were available - basically bait stations instead of spraying. He said he would visit my property. Since then I have again called repeatedly and received no return calls. As far as I know, they have these less toxic options, but maybe there is some problem. I don't understand what the problem is. I give up. They are a good service, but this is not OK and not professional.

Termites are a completely different story from common household pest prevention and is much more expensive to treat due to the products and methods used.
