Description of Work: Sprayed wasp/hornet nests in dormers of our house. They were rather large and I could not access without climbing on the roof and using wasp/hornet retail products. Tech used compressor with insecticide to spray and eliminate threat. It was up to me to use my power washer and clean up the remnants of the nests. Considering the price was reasonable I didn't mind.

Description of Work: The representative that came to my home was helpful and experienced in getting rid of mice. He explained the process and did a good job. The only issue was setting up my follow up visit. I called the office three times before a call back. I will use them for additional services and would recommend them.

Description of Work: I called this company to spray our basement for camel-back crickets. The technician was thorough in his inspection, inside and outside the house. He took care in showing me where insects gain access and where they reside once inside. He treated the basement and outside our house. There was no odor or stain from the pesticide. Best of all, the crickets (and miscellaneous insects) are gone! And they have stayed away! I will absolutely have this service provider back in the spring for a follow-up treatment. Based on my experience I would recommend them highly.

Description of Work: Very nice folk. They are probably great exterminators since they know what to do. However, I was needing advice on where to patch for future mice attempts to enter. Was expecting a "map" of what needs done like neighbors got from other services. Their poison traps did finish off the current population, but said my own traps probably were taking care of that. Not sure what I paid for!

With rodents, sometimes we need to rely on the activity noticed once our stations are in place to further investigate possible entry points. Because rodents can flatten their bodies out so easily to squeeze into the tiniest spaces, it can be tricky to pinpoint access points right off the bat. I'm not sure of the particulars regarding your specific situation, but please don't hesitate to call and talk to your technician if you have questions about what he did, concerns about activity, etc. We have affordable long term maintenance solutions for rodents that could be beneficial if you have had recurring issues. I'm not sure about the exact details of your rodent situation, but please don't hesitate to call us if you have any questions, need clarification, or advice about the future of preventing more populations. Sometimes because of how quickly they reproduce, we'll recommend an ongoing maintenance program every 3 months or so. But, you may not have had such a big infestation. Either way, we have cost effective solutions for all kinds of scenarios, so please don't hesitate to call and talk to your technician about those options if you still see activity once the guarantee is up on this service you purchased.
