Very easy to set up the appt. and the technician arrived on time, explained everything he was going to do then went through what he did after he was done as well. He was very nice, answered all my questions and even helped me arrange for quarterly pest service which was great. Now I don't have to worry about all the creepy crawlies!

It turned out great. I paid more than the Angie's List deal because I had him do something else, I believe. They're very professional and very efficient. I would use them again in the future.

Service tech arrived on time as promised. He was very professional and friendly and confident in his abilities. He took me with him on the inspection of the house explaining how the insects get into the house and the damage they could cause. He answered any questions or concerns I had in layman's terms. After checking the house he said he would spray and apply some chemicals around the perimeter at ground level that should block or kill and insects trying to get into the house. He checked with me before leaving and left a business card and explained a plan to keep the house free from insect problems based on periodic visits with a contract. No hard sell, it was up to me to call if interested. Overall considering your dealing with bugs, a good experience. In the future I may set up a plan and would use them as my provider. .

I was happy with their service. They were courteous and professional. They came for an emergency situation and they came in a timely manner.

They came in sprayed and did as we asked them to do. They were not exceptional, but not bad either. I did see a few insects later, but that was expected.

Each time I used him he fixed the problems. He was very knowledgeable and he showed up when he was supposed to.

They are very friendly and knowledgable. They are also able to take care of any pest issues that may occur.

They don’t try to up sell. They do what you ask them to do. They come back for free if you have a problem between their quarterly services. The guy who comes is Tom, and he has sprayed our house for the entire five years we have been with the company. He is always here, and I know him personally. He is very personable, but he also does not over talk. The office staff is great. They call and ask if he needs to spray inside or just outside. They schedule the appointments. They are very efficient and good with scheduling. I will continue to use them.

We have used them for many years and we are very pleased with them. There have been no problems at all. We would use them again and we would recommend them.

The men that show up are always neat and very professional. They don t mind answering any questions we have and during the year if there is any infestations to deal with, they will come out and take care of it, usually free of charge. I like the price they give me and I wouldn't use another.

We had a squirrel problem in the attic of our home and they were very prompt and knew what they were doing. This company was great to work with. They were very responsive and came right away. They kept checking back with us until all the squirrels were caught.

THEY ARE LIKE THE ONLY COMPANY IN OUR AREA THAT WILL DO ANIMAL REMOVAL. THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. THEY GOT RID OF THE RACCOONS. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY.

THEY WERE TO MY HOUSE ON TIME. THEY TOLD ME THE AREAS OUTSIDE WHERE THEY SPRAYED AND WHERE I SHOULD KEEP MY DOG AWAY FROM THE CHEMICALS. SINCE THEY WERE HERE I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEM WITH TERMITES.

THEIR SALESMAN IS A LITTLE PUSHY BUT THE QUALITY WAS OKAY. THEY'RE A LITTLE PUSHY ABOUT WANTING TO COME IN WHEN WE DON'T THINK IT'S NECESSARY IN THE WINTER. IF THEY EXPLAINED THE BENEFITS BETTER, RATHER THAN SAYING DO IT, IT MIGHT PERSUADE US MORE.
