Description of Work: They sprayed for termites, cockroaches, spiders, stinkbugs, etc. They will come quarterly to respray. Their price was by far the best. They came right on time and did exactly what they promised. We have had a severe problem with both spiders and termites in the past, and that problem is now over.

Hello. I want to personally apologize for our zoning issues listed on Angie's List. I didn't realize it had said we serviced the area you had requested service in, but the town your rental property was in was in fact out of our service area. I feel terrible for this honest mistake and wish we could have helped you by providing a service for your rental property. Our zones have been corrected on our profile so this doesn't happen again. I was so glad to take your call last week, enjoyed speaking with you, and really thought we could help, but this deal that ran was for a preventative service. After you had spoken to Susan, our office manager, we understood that what you were looking for was more of a corrective service after your tenants had moved out. So, I'm not sure this deal would have been a good fit anyhow, especially since you were preparing to sell the property. Once again, I apologize for our zoning mishap.
