Description of Work: Even though he knew in advance that he would not be able to handle the job, he took an hour of his time to drive over on a hot day, size up the situation, reassure me, give me recommendations of possible service companies, explained how liability insurance and workmens comp worked, gave me suggestions about how to deal with the electric company, told me what a reasonable price would be, refrained from bad-mouthing anyone else who had already refused the difficult job, and was simply an all-around helpful person dealing with me, a frustrated home owner with a very difficult tree cutting problem.

Description of Work: pruned two large maple trees that had been neglected for many years. The trees look great and he left chipped the trimmings for mulch. Very knowledgeable and professional.
