Description of Work: I called Rick and asked him about the service of my clothes washer. He told me where to look for the spinner and other equipment and then advised me to wait unitl it goes out and get a new one. "It would not be worth the repair." He was kind and receptive and if I had an appliance problem, I would not hesistate to call him.

Description of Work: Rick was on his way from one job to another when I called. He said he would be over in about 1/2 hour and he was. My dryer was running, but not heating. He put in a new belt and told me to try to hang on to the older appliances as long as I could because the new ones were not made as well. The dryer is still working fine. Rick was prompt, efficient reasonably priced and very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely call him again

Description of Work: 15-20 YR OLD GE REFRIG STARTED TO MAKE TICKING SOUND, ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON. CALLED RICK WHO WAS FINISHING LAST JOB OF DAY, HE SAID WOULD STOP BY ABOUT 5PM. HE WAS ON TIME. HE FOUND A NAPKIN SUCKED UNDER THE REFRIG AND WRAPED AROUND THE FAN. IF NOT REPAIRED IN A TIMELY MANNER, THE MOTOR & COMPRESSOR COULD HAVE BURNED. RICK WAS PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL-EVEN WAITED A FEW MOMENTS WHILE I VACUUMED BEHIND THE REFRIG.

Description of Work: I called Rick this morning because my refrigerator had stopped working. He was at my home by 1:30 that afternoon and promptly fixed the problem. ( New relay switch and overload ) He is an extremely likable and knowledgeable guy. I will certainly use him again and will recommend him to anyone in need of appliance repair.

+ -1 moreHe was a little hard to contact on the first try, but the second time I got an answer. He arrived on time. He was honest to the point of telling us it would be better to call the place we purchased the refrigerator from to repair it because it should be under warranty.
Description of Work: Checked our refrigerator to determine why it isn't getting cold. Found the refrigerant had all leaked out.
