Description of Work: I would have them back and will need gutters for another building. They came out put up the gutters very nice cleaned up which is hard to do I am picky. Then I had them come out and do the leafgaurd there again they where very nice and cleaned everything up. I love the work they did. I tell everyone to use them. My son will be calling soon to have work done that they already had someone else do a big name company messed up now they will be paying the right company.

+ 2 moreWe can't adequately express our satisfaction with the work that Clemens Seamless Guttering did for our home. They absolutely saved our home. The need for gutter work was evident to us but we and Sean Clemens had no idea how extensive the damage had progressed. They kept us well informed of the damage that they were seeing. It was obvious to anyone once the covering siding and roof was removed. The electrical mast was definitely an imminent fire danger. We feel very fortunate that the craftsmen were alert and averted a potential and near certain disaster/fire for us. The craftsmen/carpenters/gutter installers/ roofers were always pleasant and couteous and, most importantly, professional, competent and skilled. Sean Clemens was on site frequently throughout the entire installation/ repair, over seeing the work personally and keeping everything progressing smoothly in spite of the many discovered complications. We are so pleased with the completed work that we have rehired Clemens Continuous Guttering to repair other unrelated areas on our house.
Description of Work: Guttering and flat roof over garage: Removed and disposed of existing gutter. Removed and disposed of all crown molding on fascia board behind gutters. Replaced rotten fascia boards. Installed new (2x6) fascia boards. Installed new (2x6) fascia boards over eave fascia. Custom formed and installed aluminum fascia wrap over eave fascia. Installed new 6" white gutter. Installed 8 (3x4) downspouts. Installed Leaf Relief Gutter protection over all gutters. Siding: Repaired Siding including bird holes, nailing loose boards, and resetting shifted boards. Garage flat roof: Removed and disposed of old roofing. Removed rotten sheeting approximately 32" out from house the entire width of the (2 car) garage. Replaced rotted rafters i this area. Built up roof 2" at house to achieve slope away from the wall. Rebuilt wall around and under the door (from second story of house). Replaced wall sheathing above garage roof to 18" high. Replaced shingles as needed where hip roof of house and garage roof came together. Replaced sheathing on two other areas of the garage. Installed EPDM rubber roof over 1/2" celotex backer board. Replaced missing cap on hip areas. Installed white drip edge around perimeter flashing along wall of house. Additional repair of water damaged area: Removed ceiling in basement to access rotten plate. Replaced plate and added blocking to floor joist to reinforce those that were reoon. Rebuilt entire corner of house to approximately 2' above second story. Replaced the rotten section of band board on the second story. Replaced the rotten section of the plate on the garage wall and rebuilt corner of the garage from bottom plate to the top plate. Installed and primed new cedar wood siding on the repaired areas. Electrical mast: Charring was noted on existing electrical mast. Our electrical provider was contacted and the mast was replaced with the approval of our electrical provider. (Any errors in technical wording or description are strictly mine. I have used Sean Clemens description as a base but I may have added or changed some wording because of my lack of technical knowledge. I apologize in advance for any inadvertent changes I may have made to the proper description.)
