Prompt response time; professional and courtesy employees; quality work. The only reason I cannot rate the company an A overall is that their pricing is high. When obtaining quote from a replacement door, they were the highest of all companies I contacted. Although I many times pay more for quality service, only when its within a reasonable margin.

Very good service and product. I got an estimate from this company and one other. Overhead was the cheaper estimate, perhaps mainly because they did not push me to upgrade the existing garage door when replacing it. The only downside to the company is that they were oddly slow in replying to my calls for estimates. Maybe they're just that busy? I called once to leave a message with a live secretary to have someone give an estimate. Two or three days later I had no return call and called them again. Then some two more days later they finally called me. After the estimate, they followed up about a week or two after to see if I was still interested. Did very good on the actual work, however.

I think they’re great! They are convenient, and have the ability to fix a door without a customer being home. This means that I don’t have to take time off of work when I need their service, which is great.

They were very prompt and they came when they said they would. We thought we got a fair estimate from them and we were happy with the work and certainly happy with the door and the opener. We had a problem with one of the cables and they came immediately the next business day and corrected it. We had no problems after it was installed and it was a free service call for us. They tightened the cable which had come loose. We were very satisfied and we would certainly recommend them. I think their price was fair. We usually use another company but this time we had friends recommend Overhead Doors to us.

They fixed the garage door and brought us another remote control for it. They fixed the garage door, which was non operational before. They were quick and efficient and didn't try to push anything. It was a good experience overall.

We ordered the door a couple of weeks before that. They replaced the door and put in new tracks. They did not replace the garage door opener. They had to move it so that it was more effective.

THEY HAD TO MAKE TWO TRIPS FOR THE TWO DOORS BUT THEY STILL GOT THE JOB DONE VERY QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. THEY WERE AWESOME TO WORK WITH. THEY NEVER COMPLAINED ABOUT THE WORK ONCE.
