Description of Work: I was very pleased with their service from the first phone call to the finished repair. They came immediately, I forget the first repair man's name but he was super nice and very professional and fixed the door ( An added plus! haha) The gentleman that set up the appointment was great. I felt they appreciated my business and treated me as if I was their only customer. Would highly recommend this company! Very pleased.

Description of Work: Spring broke on garage door over the weekend. Called Monday. Lady that answered the phone was very knowledgeable about how repairs are done. Setup appointment for Wednesday. Tech arrived on time and called first as instructed. Replaced both springs in less than an hour, cleaned, adjusted and lubed tracks and wheels. Door operates better than ever. Cleaned up after himself. I don't have a single complaint. This job went very well.

Description of Work: My garage door broke over the holiday weekend. I contacted Overhead the Tuesday after the holiday and asked if someone could come out and look and see what the problem was and make the necessary repairs. They told me they could have someone out by 5:00 p.m. A half-hour later, I received a call from the repairman indicating he was on his way out. The repairman was punctual and knowledgeable and had the problem fixed within a hour! Would definitely use this provider again and will recommend them to anyone who needs door repairs.

Description of Work: The spring to the garage door was broken and they fixed it. They also provided a duplicate garage door opener when I lost one. I had used this firm a few years back and I then found their service personnel to have a very large chip on his shoulder. This last time around, about a year ago, the repair man was efficient and professional.

Description of Work: We have a large single door garage and one of the two main springs broke.
