Description of Work: Came to my aunt's apt and spent 3 hrs on kitchen because it was "so dirty"! Owner called and went on at length about "how dirty" it was! My aunt said the girl spent a lot of time on the phone.

We are terribly sorry that we didn't meet this client's expectations. When we set the appointment we made sure she know it would be for 3 hours and only so much can be accomplished in that time period. We can only do so much in that amount of time. We did offer to go back but she refused because it was going to have to be a bit because of a full schedule. We truly regret not being able to accomplish as much as she thought we could do in that space of time.

I am unsure how we disappointed this client, when asked, he always responded with a hearty "Yes, it's wonderful!" His home is further in distance than many of our clients and we told him we were charging him $95 for a 1 bedroom house as we would for a 1 bedroom apartment, with no trip charge for the distance. We would welcome the opportunity to set things right with this client with an offer of a free cleaning should he desire. As always, we can only respond to issues when made aware of them and we always guarantee our work.
