He's very good. The job went good. It looked fine. He's very responsive.

Showed up on time. They both took their time and did a professional job. We had one section of wall that did not cover very well and he came back after the job was completed and repainted with no extra cost for the labor or material. Would recommend.

They both arrived on time and did a professional job. We had water streaking problems in our bathroom and the paint he recommended took care of the problem. He also re-painted my sons bedroom.

Anthony who is the owner arrived with assistant Eddy around 9 a.m., 3/9 both are ready to go & bring in all equipment. Anthony starts with wallpaper removal & Eddy is moving along with trim, ceiling, molding & door painting in other bedroom. The first day the wallpaper was down & walls were oil based primed. Second bedroom was completed with ceiling, trim, windows & doors & closet doors painted. 3/10/15, they arrive ready to finish all painting both rooms completed, all trim, door & closet doors,molding & both bedrooms received two coats of paint. When finished they vacuumed & had me inspect to make sure I'm happy. I'm delighted with quality & price. We could not be happier, all went smoothly.

He did a great job. Very friendly and businesslike. Communicated well about scheduling and conflicts, as well as what should be done, and how he was going to do it, etc. We are going to have him power-wash our patio at home in the Spring. Seemed to be a good value and great quality.

Overall my experience with these painters was very positive. As a stay at home mom with a small child I really appreciated how personable and professional Anthony and his entire crew were from start to finish of my project. We just moved into our home earlier this year and one of the first things we wanted to do was to give the exterior some needed TLC. It was a big job, and there were 2-3 painters at my home for about 2 weeks. Now my house looks really great. They have a great attention to detail, use high quality products, and did a great job overall. While they weren't the least expensive quote we received, I feel like we got what we paid for. I will call on them again in the future for all my future painting needs!

They were very nice and professional. The job was started and finished on time (weather permiting). My house was in very bad shape, peeling and missing paint due to prior paint job. I never thought they would be able to get the 50+ year old cedar shake siding looking that nice. The whole house and porches were power washed, hand scraped, and two coats of paint applied. They went the extra mile to do the job right, and came in below the estimate. Everyone who worked on my house was polite, worked hard and cleaned up after they were done. The color was mixed to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to have them do more work for me.

They are still currently working on this project and it's going very well. They made sure to get the colors we wanted and are doing a nice job.

Anthony has previously painted our kitchen and kitchen ceiling and it went well so we thought we would contact him to do our family room. The quotation process went well. He came as scheduled and offered the quote within a day. We added a bookshelf unit afterwards and the quote for that addition was a fair price. What we wanted done was to paint the ceiling and paint wood panelling to lighten the room. We were not sure it could be done but Anthony gave us confidence that if done a special way, it would look fine. It took 2 days to do the work because an oil base primer was needed to be put down first and allowed to dry before adding the 2 final coats of paint. They had to do some extra patching to even out some surfaces and remove some knot holes in some overhead beams. The team did an excellent job of cutting in around all the edges. They cleaned up well. The room looks great! We are pleased with how it turned out.

I thought he initially was more presentable. This guy comes in and we talk about that. He knew about staining. The house is all cedar. When I first moved here the house had been painted. But it was all cedar. And I wanted to stain. I made the mistake and I didn't do that. But I did the paint job right. I did the paint job in 93. He agrees for the stain. We got a deal. We agreed about how he does power washing, scrape sanding. Because if you're going to stain a house you need to scrape and sand and do proper prep work. That was agreed upon. I say, "When you can start?" He says, "I don't know. Maybe..." He left it open. So I'm waiting for his bid. He says, "Well, I'll send it to you in an email." So I get a bid. It has not covered exactly. It's a little expensive. I call him back and I say, "How about this and how about that?" Then I find out that the bid did not include scraping and sanding of the job. He was going to charge me different for a different job. He was going to have two workers scraping and sanding the house and I would have to pay $20 an hour for each painter, $20 for this painter and $20 for that painter for the job. That closed the deal for me. But then to save money I'm saying, "What about the back part of the house? What about if I take that out of the equation? What would you do then?" "Well, I may give $500 off." So then I'm trying to get an itemized bill. I'm taking bids from people. I'm saying, "Okay, you give me an itemized bid." He gave me three bids. I never saw the 10% discount. I kept asking him that. Also, I never got the guarantee which he agreed to. I say, "You say you stand by your work and you don't want to give me a one year guarantee." He says, "Okay, I'll give you three year guarantee." He gave me three bids and I wanted a hard copy. I never got the hard copy. I never saw the 10% discount in his bids. I never saw itemized details of how much he was going to charge, estimated time to work and I never got the three year warranty on a hard copy and I never got it signed. That guy was out. It was a joke. The bids started changing. What they were going to do started changing.

Anthony provided a superior painting service from the point of first contact, through the bidding process and ending with the cleanup following the completion of the work. The results were so fantastic that numerous neighbors have come by to comment on the extraordinary improvement to the look of my home. He was professional, personable, dedicated to the delivery of a superior quality of work, and kept me fully informed of any issues as they emerged. Not only will I use him again, I am recommending him to friends, family and neighbors!!!

From start to finish, Anthony did an outstanding job. His quote came quickly and was accurately detailed. The price quoted was very reasonable. He understood and followed the scope of work that requested be done. No extras', no delays, no excuses, and no nonsense. A pure pleasure to work with. I've been employed in the construction business for over 40 years and I can truly say Anthony is one of the nicest contractors that I've dealt with in a very long time. I look forward to having Professional Touch do more work for me in the fall.

I would highly recommend Anthony. He was on time, and prompt. He did an excellent job of interoir painting and very fair in his pricing. It was an excellent experience.

At the end of January 2014 I spoke over the phone with Anthony (the business owner) regarding a free paint estimate. He arrived on time the day of the appointment and was pleasant. I was told the job would take two coats of paint, two days to complete and he would be the only person doing the painting. Per our agreement he emailed the paint estimate on January 26, 2014 and included references. I responded back on January 28, 2014 to let him know my husband and I decided to have him do the paint job. The painting job was original scheduled in February 2014 but I had to cancel because of jury duty plus unexpected personal matters. March 13, 2014 was the first day Anthony came in to start the job. The second day I mention to him that the walls / ceilings needed a third coat of paint which he agreed. The following evening he called me to ask if it would be okay to have his brother in-law (I was told the in-law was a painter) help him complete the job the following Monday since he didn't plan on three coats. I told him yes. On the final day I pointed a small area that needed more paint which he kindly repainted. A few days later I notice minor areas that need some touch up and some paint that got on the stain window trims had to be remove. I called Anthony about the minor areas / trim work and he came over in that afternoon to correct the oversights. Weeks later I was disappointed to notice that some light switches and electrical outlets had paint on them. Which I will take care of. Anthony is a pleasant person and flexible in scheduling a job when unexpected personal issues come up.

Anthony was extremely professional, courteous and Went ABOVE and beyond . He arrived on time each day with a game plan and immediately went to work. Very happy with the work that was done. We will definitely be using Anthony again and will recommend him to anyone looking for a great painter!

It went VERY well... From his almost instantaneous response to my initial email, to his departure, he was friendly, yet extremely professional...He arrived on time, worked every minute he was here and did an EXCELLENT job... The colors were quite a contrast to my white ceilings, and he did a perfect job cutting the paint into the ceiling... This guy is one talented painter... He painted my kitchen, dining area, living room, front entry, hallway, master bedroom and vanity area... I highly recomment him and look forward to using his services again...

I called to request a quote and Anthony offered to come out that afternoon. He was very professional and got an email quote to us the next day. We were happy with him and price so accepted. Anthony did a fantastic job and is so quick, we were amazed how easy he makes it look to do such a perfect job. We would definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

This is the second time I have used Personal Touch. I had them paint two bedrooms including closets and an additional ceiling.They were buisy and had to work me into their schedule so they did it on Saturday and Sunday. I gave them the wrong paint color and did not catch it until they had started but they corrected it with no cost increase to me. Anthony did an excellent job. He was on time, friendly, did an excellent job for a fair price, and finshed on time. You cannot ask for more. I highly recommend them and will use them again I am sure.

Personal Touch painting does a very good job. He is very conscientious and professional. I have used this service before and will again when I have the painting finished up in my house in which I recently moved in. The clean-up in a basement bath could have been a bit better but I'm not dissatisfied. I'm positive he would have done it better if I had asked. The overall paint job was excellent!
