The team did a good job. They were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner.

Anthony and his wife are amazing. They're on top of everything. You won't regret hiring them for your painting. My next house if I need painting it will be to 5 star again.

The guy who did the power washing, and the sub contractor who did all of the painting, were great, and did an amazing job. I was new to this, and didn't realize that I should have found a smaller company, who actually does the work, instead of paying a much higher price, for quoters, project managers, etc. One of my neighbors tried to help me out, by letting me know that I could have saved a lot of money by doing this, but it was too late. So I recommend to anyone needing painting done, to find a smaller company, where the owner is the quoter, estimater,, project manager, and actually does the work, etc. rAlso I had a big problem with communication with the "quoter" for the company, and him not doing what he said he was going to do. I was going to cancel the project, but the owner of the company came out with the "quoter" and smoothed things over with me. The main reason that I didn't cancel with this company, was because they did offer financing, (one year, same as cash), and because I have already paid for a lot of projects, and still have more to do. But I could have paid probably half of the price to a "sub contractor. " I just recommend that you research companies, and take some time to think about it, before you agree to anything.

Terrible, they emailed a contract and I tried for 2 months to get them to mail it to me so I could sign it. Many phone calls & emails with no results only promises. I found my own painter as your service was not helpful at all. You still list them first as the ones to call.!!!!

I have used five star painting several times and they always go above and beyond and the job is great and the customer service is amazing!!

Went very well. They squeezed us in since we were on a time constraints for a refi VA loan. They Were on time, worked through a heat wave & only took 2 days total. Any complaints were handled to our satisfaction before money was paid. The pricing was very reasonable.

Five Star (Anthony and Steve) were extremely responsive to our request for the job, handled quote/painting in a timely fashion at a very competitive price. Once the work was done, it was a perfect match to the rest of our garage siding. I would definitely recommend this company, and will look to use for future work.

I had a job that needed to be done very quickly and Five Star met the challenge. They were able to get to the job in a timely manor and performed the work quickly. While the job was underway, the estimator kept in contact, texting photos of the work in progress. Communication was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Five Star again.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Anthony and his crew put love and care into their work. Our home is on the National Historic Register and I felt like Anthony treated it with total respect. He even helped me find the proper historical paint color for the shutters. He and his crew were always punctual, personable and very skilled. I feel very confident about the integrity of the paint job thanks to the extensive prep work including power washing, paint scraping and priming. I can't give enough gold stars to this company. GREAT! Anthony and his guys were very professional. Anthony was quick to come over for a clear written estimate (which he emailed me that day). They covered everything that needed to be covered. They did such a great job of cleaning up after each day's work, that we didn't even notice they had been working here. Their work was of excellent quality. Anthony was wonderful and very professional. Came out for an estimate within a few days of contacting and then completed job soon after. Looks great! Do not hesitate to contact them for your next painting job!

The painters showed up on time and started to work, I asked them to give me an estimate, on site, for some additional painting. I had received another estimate for $1000 for the extra painting form another contractor. Personal touch did it for only another $230!!! They added it to the job they were already doing and completed all painting within 2 days. We are very happy with the results. They rock!!! It did take a about a month for us to get on their calendar, but it was worth it!

Anthony, owner, with Eddy & Kevin arrived at 9 a.m. ready to start. 1st started sanding all stained trim, windows & doors, next primed all trim, doors & windows. All floors were covered with paper & taped down. They're very neat & clean. The next day all trim, doors, windows received two coats of paint. The walls already had 1 coat & they gave all walls a second coat. All looks great. They also installed all new door handles. Also painted all new floor trim to be installed at a later date.

Anthony, owner, with Eddy & Kevin showed up around 9 a.m. & ready to go, scraping & preparing surfaces for painting. It took two days & the front looks completely refreshed. Already set up time in spring to do outside upstairs front & all back windows, trim, door, gutters. Personal Touch Painting is reasonable & does a great job. What more could you ask for.

Although we had to wait a bit to get on the schedule, it was well worth it. Anthony and his crew were prompt, communication was great, and the job looks wonderful! I will hire Personal Touch again to do interior painting.

After my initial e-mail, I was promptly contacted for an estimate. After viewing the house, a detailed estimate was provided. I agreed to the service and a date for painting was scheduled. A week before painting, the house was power washed. The crew showed up exactly on time on the day the work was to begin. After protecting the landscaping, they scraped, primed and prepped everything. The painting was completed quickly and everything was put back in order. The final result is beautiful. The house looks new again. Very professional crew. They came ready to work and did not waste time. They were courteous and kept me informed at every step. A very fair price for the work that was performed. Highly recommend this team!
