Description of Work: If I remember correctly, the owner's name is Bob. He came to my home in December to look at a dryer and confirmed the motor had burned out. He said he'd look for a salvage motor to repair the dryer and gave me an estimate of $200 for parts and labor. I paid him approximately $35 for the initial visit. We agreed to get back in touch after the holidays, which I did. Afterwards, he came back to the house again to double check the dryer model and motor. I followed up a few days later and then a couple more times when I didn't hear back from him. He never had the courtesy to return my calls. I would not recommend wasting your time with this unprofessional person, because he clearly has no problem wasting other people's time and patience.

Description of Work: I described my problem to the person on the phone. The repair technician recognized it as continuing problem with LG washers and brought along the parts needed. It was that problem and the washer is back to %100. He also made a couple of suggestions to help the washer be more efficient.
