Description of Work: PAINTED A SMALL ALUMINUM SIDED HOUSE. KEN DID A GOOD JOB OF PREPPING THE HOUSE - POWER WASHING AND SCRUBBING - AND WORKED QUICKLY. THERE WAS A SMALL PROBLEM WITH ONE AREA OF THE PAINT, AND KEN PUT IN THE EXTRA TIME TO MAKE SURE IT WAS RIGHT. HIS BID WAS THE LOWEST ONE I RECEIVED - I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND HIM.
