D&B kept me updated about when they could do the job -delays due to snow and weather. The first chance the weather allowed, they were here and did the job in one short day! Don and two other men came to do the job, one just to install the Hallets. They walked thru the job and discussed everything beforehand which was a big help. They cleaned up well after the work and made sure they'd thought of everything, deflectors where needed and the best place to put the downspouts. I've had the gutters for 3 months now and they work great, even during heavy rains. The labor is guaranteed for 3 years!! They called about a month after the job was done to make sure I was happy with the work.

They came out and removed the old gutters. They installed some of the new gutters. They assured us they were experts in installing copper gutters. The gutters were askew, crooked and several inches off the ground. Some gutters were not installed at all. We set up appointments for the owner, Don Holman, to come out and look at the poor workmanship and let us know how it would be fixed. He agreed to come out on a Sunday and take a look. He didn't call and he didn't show up for the appointment. When we reached him, he came up with some excuse. We rescheduled for another weekend, to which Don Holman agreed. He again didn't call nor show up for the appointment. By this time we were very upset and frustrated. Mr. Holman called that Monday and words were exchanged about his lack of professionalism. Shortly thereafter his wife, Barbara Holman called and demanded the rest of the money, which wasn't due until the job was finished. We explained to her that we wouldn't pay until the job was finished. She refused to work with out schedule and come out late in the evening or on a weekend (due to our demanding work schedules). The conversations were heated when we refused to pay for work that wasn't right or complete. Both of the Holmans have threatened us with physical violence. Mrs. Holman continues to use threatening language in e-mails to us including "you will meet your match" and "you will get yours." She has also threatened to call the Indiana Bar Association about my law license when this dispute has nothing at all to do with my license or my practice. She has posted negative and defamatory things about me and my husband on the internet. They have filed a mechanic's lien on my property without completing the work in violation of the Mechanic's Lien statute.

Work went fast and efficient. There seemed to be no quality issues as I have not had to call them back to correct anything. They did fail to install several gutter support screws that caused a couple of sections to sag. I easily fixed this myself.

The work was excellent. They were very careful and thorough. They even cleaned up after themselves. They didn't destroy or damage any of our property. They were very quick!

The downspouts were originally installed incorrectly, and would have caused an erosion problem. It took a little time, but it was taken care of. The salesperson was very easy to work with, understanding and professional.

I picked them because they were on Angie's list and my fried dads used them and recommend them. Very rare gutters!

Absolutely great!! I called at approx. 4pm on June 19th to inquire about having work completed. Operator scheduled an appointment for next week. This morning the repairman called & asked if I would like it done this morning. I said of course! A gutter expert showed up 30 minutes later, completed work withing an hour and was gone. Gutter color matched well. Totally painless. Cost was exactly as quoted. Highly recommended!

They are very good. They are punctual. They did the work in a prompt manner. I got a free estimate. They also offered to do additional flashing on the corners at no additional cost. When the job was completed I inspected it and there were a couple places I wanted corrected and they handled it promptly and came out to correct the work. I think the method they have for the leaf screens is the most effective and the least expensive in comparison with other contractors I talked to.

Great. Aside from the horribly hot weather which caused heat exhaustion to several employees, thus delaying completion by a couple days, the job was completed in a timely manner. The crew did excellent work, and cleaned up well at completion of each work day.

They referred me to a different service provider as I had told him what I needed. The gutter had fallen a bit and was leaking at the end. He suggested someone else so it would be less expensive for me since it was such a small job.

They cheerfully and quickly came back to adjust and fix a couple of small items after the initial work was completed.

He is honest. He assured me that the shoddy job done by the other roofer was not drastic, and the roof is fine. I could tell he really knew his stuff. I won't be having the work done because it's unnecessary at this point, but I'm definitely keeping his card.

THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY RESPECTFUL AND MADE SURE THEY DID NOT DAMAGE ANY OF MY FLOWER BEDS. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS GREAT AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE NEEDING GUTTERS.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL BY ALL ACCOUNTS; TALKING WITH THE OFFICE, MEETING WITH THE ESTIMATOR, INVOICING, INSTALLATION, ETC. THEY DO QUALITY WORK. PRICE AND PRODUCT WERE GOOD. THE ONLY ISSUE I HAD WAS THAT I FAXED MY CONTRACT IN AND CALLED A DAY LATER ASKING THAT THEY DELAY MY INSTALLATION FOR AT LEAST A WEEK, AS I STILL HAD SOME WORK TO COMPLETE ON MY FASCIA, AND WHEN I RETURNED HOME THAT EVENING THE GUTTERS WERE ALREADY UP. I WAS SURPRISED SINCE I EXPECTED TO BE NOTIFIED OF THE INSTALLATION DATE IN ADVANCE (I LIKE TO BE AT HOME TO INSPECT THE WORK). EVERYTHING WORKED OUT FINE AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE NEW GUTTERS AND MY INTERACTION WITH THIS COMPANY.

THE BARNS HAVE BEEN FINE, BUT THE HOUSE HAS NEVER WORKED. ALL CORNERS AND END CAPS LEAK, THE WATER RUNS OVER THE END OF THE GUTTER INSTEAD OF TOWARD THE DOWNSPOUT AND THE LEAFGUARDS HAVE FALLEN OFF IN SEVERAL PLACES. THEY HAVE COME OUT SEVERAL TIMES, BUT THEY STILL EXPECT WATER TO RUN UPHILL. THE OWNER ADMITTED THAT THEY TERMINATED THE CREW LEADER WHO DID MY WORK, BUT HE INSISTS THAT I NEED TO SUE HIM IF I WANT THIS CORRECTED. I PLAN TO OBLIGE HIS REQUEST. HE INSISTS THAT THE HOUSE IS NOT LEVEL AND IS CAUSING THE GUTTER SYSTEM NOT TO WORK. THE HOUSE HASN'T MOVED SINCE HE DID THE WORK AND THE HOUSE IS LEVEL. AVOID THIS CONTRACTOR AT ALL COSTS.

I HAD OTHER BIDS OF $260 AND $350. THEY DID THE WORK FOR $50. EXCELLENT JOB, OTHER COMPANIES WANTED TO REPLACE INSTEAD OF REPAIR.

THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE WAS GIVEN MONTHS BEFORE THE WORK WAS DONE, BUT THEY DID HONOR THEIR QUOTE. THEY WERE A BIT LATE ARRIVING, BUT DID GOOD WORK, CLEANED UP WELL, AND THE GUTTERS LOOK NICE. MUCH BETTER THAN OUR OLD ONES.

THEY COULD HAVE OVERCHARGED US ON THINGS THAT DID NOT NEED TO BE DONE, BUT THEY WERE REALLY HONEST AND ONLY REPAIRED WHAT WAS NEEDED.

THEY RESCHEDULED TWICE AND DID NOT CALL TO INFORM OF THE RESCHEDULE THE SECOND TIME.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE FASCINATING TO WATCH. THEY WERE SKILLFUL AT THEIR CRAFT. I WAS VERY, VERY PLEASED WITH THEM.
