They did a great job and was very reasonably priced.

They were used as subs for a roof replacement. I had need to research/communicate with them indepedently. They did great work and had my home done in a day.

Not good, signed contract then backed out.

There was a couple of things they had to come back and fix. There was a screw missing on a piece of gutter and then one of the pieces started sagging after a week or so.

Great! On time and a job well done!

Originally things went fine. Several times I was told Jerry would be here on a certain date & time & not only did he now show up but I received no phone call from him or the office staff. Several months ago when we had the deluge of rain I was having some issues & needed some things fixed. I was told there were a lot of people with problems & I would need to wait my turn which I was fine with. The last time I called I was told Jerry would be here on a Thursday I think. Surprise he didn't show up nor did he call. Two weeks went by & nothing so I wrote them a letter. Still nothing. Now I would be willing to bet they would say they didn't receive it but since I have been told so many things by the phone staff that didn't happen I'm inclined to doubt that.I have several downspouts that are broken & just hanging, one of the downspouts is facing the wrong way causing water to collect around my foundation, I am a senior citizen with mobility issues so I am at a disadvantage here. I loved this company when this whole process started but they just don't to seem to care anymore about follow up.

Not only did they give the best price of 5 different estimates, they were fast and friendly to work with and did a great job too. I highly recommend them to anyone!

The installers were great and the price was very competitive. Very happy with the finished product.

Getting the quote went well. After that they wouldn't return my calls to schedule the work. I dealt with Jerry. When I called the office and finally asked those in the office to please just give the name of a company that would do the work since Jerry would not call me back, they sent me to Jerry who took my call. He said he'd been really busy because of the rain and they were behind. He asked when I wanted the job done. I said when I returned from a 2 week vacation. He said that'd be great. They'd be in a better position to do it then. In two weeks I started calling. Called multiple times. Jerry never returned one phone call. At the time I couldn't get a good search to find copper install companies. I finally called Angie's List and they gave me other options for which I am grateful.

I contacted their company through the message center and they responded within a couple hours. They came out quickly for an estimate. Our family decided to not continue with the project this year but I appreciated them responding so quickly. When we move forward with the project we will absolutely give D & B Continuous Guttering LLC a call.

When they installed it went very quick and they cleaned up afterward so you did not even know they were there. However, do not use this company, they do not back up their work. We had our new gutter installed in March. The next summer we had several days 90+ temperatures. The gutter buckled. We have called them several times. I actually talked to someone once who took a message and they said someone would call. No calls. We have called several times and never receive calls back. They have a 3 year labor warranty and we will it the 3 year next March. We are just worn out trying to deal with this company. I would not recommend them to anyone and I find it hard to believe that they still are included in Angies' List.

Out of the entire house and garage, we had one small piece of sofet that blew off the house, i put it back a few times. I think it was just about 1/16 inch to short and with the high winds on that side of the house it would pop out. I called D & B four years later (03/10/15) to fix the issue. They came out and fix it very quickly, In 2011 when we had them install, they said that it was under warranty for 5 years. D&B stands behind there work and I was very impressed with there quick response and willingness to take care of the issue. Thank you D&B, we have some future projects that we will be using you on. I would refer them to all my friends and family.

I called them on Friday and the estimator stopped by my house on Saturday. I asked him about the small gutter on the bay window which I had been told wasn't necessary. He suggested the copper hood which I had been thinking about for a few years. Quote for hood was about $720 and $740 for the gutters. i thought price was very reasonable. They called me a couple of weeks later on Monday morning and installed gutters that day. The crew did not realize the small gutter on the bay window was supposed to be removed. I called the estimator and he had the copper buy come back and fix it. Office is also very nice. I originally did try to contact them via their website and never heard back from them so I suggest you call them and not email them.

Watching money as I do, I need to find the best value for the dollars I spend. I needed new gutters so I called and received quotes from several companies.The amounts quoted were significantly higher than I could afford to pay, however, I decided to check Angie's List one more time. This time D&B was on my list.--I have to admit I was hesitant because their pricing was waaayyy cheaper than anyone one else. After a short conversation with a lovely office woman, I decided to schedule the job. There were no surprises with the wood so there was no cost increase. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. The work could not have been better. --With much appreciation to them, a happy and extremely pleased customer

D & B was completely professional, from the first friendly phone call to the last bit of clean up. They removed old gutters, installed new ones and cleaned up in a timely manner. A few weeks after the work was done, one of the downspouts got bent, and they promptly replaced it for free.

The salesman was very responsive and prompt. My only issue is that half of my house had new gutters installed several years ago so we were only replacing the back half of the house and needed the new gutters to match the current ones on the front. I had two other companies provide pricing, both of which said our color was not the typical brown so they had to reach out to different suppliers to get a perfect match. The sales guy with D&B said it was a Royal Brown and that would match nearly perfectly. Knowing that the other two vendors both agreed it was not the normal brown, I specifically asked him two different times if the Royal Brown would match perfect and he assured me it would. I decided to move forward with D&B because they had the best pricing. Once the gutters were installed, it was very clear that the browns did not match. I reached out to my sales rep and he told me that our front gutters were actually painted. I know for a fact that these gutters were never painted because I watched them be installed several years ago. The moral of my story is for anyone reading this, if you are only replacing a portion of your gutters, be very cautious on the color they recommend, especially brown, and ask for a sample piece to look at before committing. Otherwise, the company was very good to work with and has excellent pricing.

All went very easy. Quote was emailed to me, so I was able to email back. (Email communication seemed to be better than phone communication.) They showed up on the scheduled day and had the work done in just a few hours. Pretty good clean-up as well.

They did a beautiful job on our new gutters. Back in the spring we painted our house and D and B matched the gutter color exact to our new creamy white trim color. They were courteous, cleaned up the debris, and worked hard to get everything just perfect for us. Thanks again, guys for a beautiful job on our home. I feel the price paid was very good, too, especially for the quality.

D & B was very easy to work with, the woman who answers their phones is very helpful. They came out the day before our house painting was to begin to remove the old gutters and then came back a week later to install the new ones so that we were without gutters for a very short amount of time. They pointed out small areas along the roof line that needed some repair and did a very efficient job of replacing the gutters and downspouts and of installing a better mesh top for our gutters instead of the solid leaf guard that was actually keeping water from getting into our gutters. I needed to revise our color choice for the gutters 3 separate times (as I was deciding what color to paint the house) and they just rolled with it and I never had any negative reaction just very good service.

D and B was very responsive and came out to give an estimate the day after I called. Scheduling a time to do the work was a little frustrating but mostly because of all the rain we were having at the time and the crews couldn't work. When they did arrive they were courteous and explained what they were doing. I would definitely use D and B again in the future.

I sent a request for a quote on Saturday, and had a callback on the following Monday. The quote was completed and communicated by phone by that evening (I could not get away from work that day...frankly, I didn't expect them to be so quick!), and a quote sheet with samples was at my door by Wednesday. After obtaining a couple of other quotes that week, we decided to go with D&B because they were the quickest to respond (all quotes we got were in the same ballpark price-wise). We called to schedule the work, and they were here two days later. The job was completely done in the time that I was at work. If I didn't know we got new gutters, I would not have known they were even there. Everything was cleaned up and the new gutters look great. The whole experience was exceptional. I would not hesitate to call D&B again!

A very quick response from the sales rep. 15 minutes and I had a solid price quote.. Rusty and Josh showed up on time and wasted no time getting set up. Informative , co-operative, efficient . neat and quiet. It was a pleasure to watch these two guys work together. I have absolutely no complaints and would not hesitate to use this company again. This company did an amazing job. As soon as I contacted them via e mail they called me back. Jeremy their outstanding customer repsentative told me he will come and give me an estimate for new gutters and soffit. A few days later he left the estimate and come upon my request to discuss the job. The project was done the next week. The workers were craftemen in their field. They were professional too - when unexpected issues arose, they knew what to do and didn't put it in our laps. They did an incredible job! Our house looks like new. This company has an outstanding costumer service and they know their business. By far the best home improvement experience we had in years! We'll feel very lucky to have found them.
