D & B Continuous Guttering LLC

I had some damage on my house from the snow/ice storms earlier this year. The cost of repairs did not make sense to not just have all new gutters on. I got a quote from 3 companies off Angies List. I was pleased with the responsiveness of D & B. They actually came in the lowest with gutter and guards combined and the AngiesList discount. I decided to go with them for the work because of price. I was very please with the end result and how they look. We have had two big storms and as of right now they have handled the water just fine. I am interested to see how the gutter guards perform in the fall and over the summer. Overall I would say that I was pleased with them and I am sure if anything came up they would take care of it.

Smoothly. Works well just after install, than winter came. So no testing it until spring. Now spring storms and water poors out of the gutters seams and over sides. Doens't seem seamless. Waiting for return call from email today 5-13-14 to see if there is a garrantee or warrantee for them to hopefully fix this problem.

Estimator came out to provide a bid for a repair. Upon my request he supplied a quote to replace all the gutters and downspouts on the home. This was an upgrade from 5" to 6" and from 2"x3" downspouts to 3"x4" downspouts. The crew showed up at ~11am and went to work like whirling Dervishes. By 130pm they had finished and the only way I knew that they had done anything was that the downspout extensions were attached and correctly positioned. No mess in the yard, no damage to the home, nothing but solid, fast, and professional work. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Once I sent in the form accepting their proposal I didn't hear from them for a few days but then they called in the morning asking if they could come out at noon for the install. The crew arrived early and got right to it. They were done and gone when I got home from work around 5pm. The gutters and downspouts look great. They even hid the seams of the downspouts (2 stories) behind the brackets that hold them to the house. The crew picked everything up and didn't leave any pieces, debris, etc behind. I called in my payment the next day (CC), and had a receipt in my mailbox 2 days later. Price was exactly as quoted.

D and B showed up and removed and installed new gutters on our ranch home. Was very happy with the installation. Cleaned up and removed old gutters and didn't leave any mess. great fair price!

The sells person, Jerermy Hill was very helpful and also said if we needed anything done in the future just call.The worker's; Vern and Richard we're both very polite and excellent workers. D&B always does a great job for The Reconstruction Group. They are running about a week or so behind, which is a great turnaround time. I simply coordinate in advance so they have ample time to give me the dates I need gutters installed. They are very professional and the quality is great. I haven't had one complaint on any of the gutter jobs they have installed. They do a great job of cleaning up, when finished, as well. I would highly recommend anyone to work with D&B Continuous Guttering.

Their pricing was reasonable. They were very quick in terms of the quote and the actual replacement of the gutters. They were very friendly and it was a painless process.

I contacted D&B Continueous Guttering because a section of guttering on my home would overflow during a heavy rain. I was contacted within a day or 2 of my inital call and set an appointment for the sales representative to come out to survey the job. He was prompt, courteous and luckily that day it was raining so he was able to see what might be causing my problem. He recommended a deeper gutter and wider downspout to better handle the rush of water (from a heavy rain) from the upper gutter which runs directly into the lower gutter and a wider downspout to handle the water from both gutters. The price I was quoted included a $25.00 Angie's List discount and the invoice for the job matched the price on the work order. I was contacted a week later and a date and time was set for the installation of the new gutter and downspout. The crew arrived as scheduled and went directly to work. The crew was neat in appearance and courteous. They were done and gone in about 45 minutes and you would never know anyone had been there because the area was so clean. I was also pleased to see a black tube had been fitted to the new downspout to take the water away from the house. I don't know if they were able to fit my existing one with an adapter or if they brought out a new one; either way I think it says a lot about this company's attention to detail and customer's needs. Since the installation I have had heavy rain in my area and the problem appears to be solved. I will definitely contact this company in the future.

As scheduled, on May 30, the good folks at D&B arrived right on time. They installed downspouts and gutters on our home and garage. They also installed Leaf-Free gutter guards on all gutters. The quality of their work was all very good. They left our home without a trace of debris anywhere on our property. Our work was contracted to D&B by Luke's General Contractors. A seperate report has been submitted regarding the quality work that Luke's (Mr. Nick Polovich) provided. On May 31st. the president of D&B came to our home in SE Marion County to examine the work that his crews had done, to answer any questions, and to personally thank us for our business. They replaced my gutters and gutter spouts. While they were working they made a mistake and broke one of my light fixtures, but they were nice and sent us a check. We are very happy with the overall experience. When I went to get my new light fixtures it was no longer available. I was told that I had give them the old lights but they never came to pick them up. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I will use them again in the future if I needed to.

This company was easy to work with and responsive to my request for a quote and then later to my request for a call back to discuss installation date/details. The quote was easy to understand (they did it when I wasn't home, my visiting parents talked with them) and they did exactly what they said they would. I did find two pieces of gutter screen in my drive way, but considering the volume of recently fallen maple seeds all over the drive, I found it an easy oversight to forgive. I do regret forgetting to ask if there was an Angie's List discount!

I called them May 30,2012 and the salesman came and did the estimate on Friday, June 1. 2012. We set a time for the work to be done on June 13, 2012. The two workers did a good job even though it was a terribly hot day. They even carefully removed a bird's nest from the old guttering and put it back in approximately the same place on the new.

Came and did estimate when they said they would; set them up to do the work; they came when they said they would; finished the job and cleaned up. Smooth

Two and a half years ago, I had D&B replace all of the gutters and downspouts on my entire house; aproximately 250 ft of gutters. They charged $1120 which was very reasonable in my opinion and they did an excellent job. Read my previous review on this site for more info on that job. A week ago, we had some storm damage to a section of gutter on the back side of the house. My first thought was D&B since they did such a great job last time. After a few attempts to get ahold of them, Jeremy came out to give us an estimate for replacing the fascia facing, reattaching the soffit (my own material from before the storm) and replacing the 35 ft section of gutter. He gave me an estimate of $950, not even $200 less than they charged to do the entire house 2 years ago. After talking with him, he claimed it was a 'labor intensive job' to replace the fascia/soffit. If that's 'labor intensive' I'd hate to see what he'd quote for a bigger job like replacing all the gutters on the house...oh wait. I then asked what it'd cost if I did the fascia/soffit work myself and have him do just the gutter (15 minute job if the last time they were out was any indication). He replied $750. Something's not adding up right in my opinion. I now plan on doing the job myself for approximately $50 in materials. <update> It ended up taking 2 hours of work, and $40 to complete the work. I'm assuming a professional could have significantly cut that time down. Even if I add in a total of 2 hours of driving to get to my house, that's still approximately $300/hr. Many lawyers and doctors don't make that much. </update>

D & B Continuous Guttering LLC was very professional. They got out to my house within a day of my request for an estimate. The price was very reasonable and fair. This was shortly before Christmas and D & B Continuous Guttering LLC informed me that they would be out after the New Year's to install. They were out on Jan 3rd to install them. They did a great job and left no mess. I was very impressed with the estimate and the quality of services. Out of all of my home improvements, this was the most hassle free. I would definitely use D & B Continuous Guttering LLC again. The associate I was dealing with was Jeremy Hill and he was very professional and quick to answer my emails.

D&B asked a fair price for the job and we accepted the bid they offered. A couple of weeks later an installation crew was assigned to our house and they came out at the agreed upon time and made fairly quick work of the job. We finally had some rain after the installation and noticed the gutters drained well, but there is some water finding its way behind a section of the guttering causing a little dripping under our back porch area. We also noted that our drip edge is bent out in a couple of spots away from the roof and will need to be repaired. All in all my wife and I are happy with the new gutters and would recommend D&B.

All contacts were very positive. My initial request for an estimate was answered promptly and professionally. The estimator was here promptly as scheduled, made suggestions for improving the downspout arrangement, and wrote up the estimate, which proved to be quite reasonable. Within a week of my accepting the contract, installers were scheduled to do the work. They were here as scheduled, and completed the entire job, including meticulous cleanup, within three hours.

I was incredibly pleased. Two very friendly workers showed up late in the afternoon and did a quick inspection. They quoted us $100 to do the repair then and there. They intended to focus on the front of the house where the problem was, but ended up making repairs all around the house. They took the time to make repairs and straighten gutter screens that were out of whack. They also pointed out that if we have any problems with sagging this winter, they would come out and make additional repairs at no extra cost. Everything looks great, the price was right, and the workers were top-notch. I highly recommend this outfit.

They didn't clean our gutters. They checked them, hammered a few spots, and then left. They told me I needed work that I didn't need.
