Description of Work: They put gutters on the entire house and part of our patio cover. We took down the gutters. They installed the gutters in the rain. It was messy and I regret that. I wish they could have come earlier before the rain.

Description of Work: Apparently I had ice damage to a portion of my gutters installed by D&B in October of 2009. Jeremy Hill gave me an estimate on 4/3/2014. He said the normal fee was $450. BUT since I was a previous customer it would be $350. BUT the cost would be $300 if I paid IN CASH. Not a check or debit card but Ben Franklins - Jacksons - Lincolns or Washingtons. I was told they could put the money into petty cash without hassle. I protested and eventually was told they would accept a check. The crew arrived as planned on the planned date and time and replaced the entire damaged gutter and repaired the fascia board . They dealt with snow and cold winds. Finished within 1 & 1/2 hours. Other than the cash issue they did a very good job. Overall rating and professionalism relates to the cash issue

Description of Work: Paid this company to replace rotten gutter board and install new soffit and gutters on an apartment building I own. Went out to inspect their work one evening and found they did not replace any rotten wood, and instead only covered it with aluminum, needless to say I was very upset. I contacted my attorney who told me I could definitely sue them, but from a time standpoint I decided not to. They cam e out and removed the fascia and replaced the wood and finished the job, after the owner told me his wife loves to sue people like me. Complete Joke.

Description of Work: They took all the old guttering and downspouts off and replaced them with all new continuous 6" guttering and larger downspouts that matched. The color match was excellent on our house which is 20 years old and has cream colored vinyl siding. Some of our neighbors gutters don't match their siding very well and it is obvious. All of this work in our neighborhood is the result of the hailstorm that hit us in May of 2011. We also had them put on tiny hole black coated stainless steel gutter covers which will help keep stuff out of the gutters. The two crews members were neat and courteous and cleaned-up nicely when they were done. I would recommend this company.
