"e decided to use West Shore Home homes our sales person (Lorenzo) came and gave us a 3 hour sales pitch. A big selling point for me was there would be no caulk. We were told unequivocally there would be no caulk. There was/is caulk. He sold us on the "chemically welded acrylic' technology. We were 100% misled. We had to have the installers back to repair unacceptable workmanship. They quoted a scope of work that was modified. It was agreed that there would be a credit issued. It was issued, then it was reversed. We reached out to Lorenzo G about the credit. After multiple follow ups from us, he told me that I was disrespectful for sending a text on Sunday, and that he would no longer be dealing with us. "Customer service will help you from here". His justification was a screen shot of a text from 3 days prior to show that someone was working on it. If he had taken 2 seconds to let me know that he would not have received a text from me on Sunday. We are stuck with this "

Nineteen years later the company has grown to employ 28 associates occupying facilities exceeding 18,000 square feet. Today Keystone Designs is one of the largest providers of premium solid surface and stone countertops for high end residential, commercial, recreational vehicle, and marine markets in both north central Indiana and southern Michigan.
