Went well. They had a plan every day and stayed on course. The construction workers were very conscientious to do a great job and they didn’t fail. The owner Mike was always checking in with us on the projects . Very Professional.

We were pleased with our remodel of our bathrooms. Mike was great at communicating. He let us know every week what time they would be coming to the house, and what they would be doing that day. The guys working for Mike were polite and respectful. We have recommended Quality Home Improvements of Richmond to friends.

Wonderful! Mike, the owner, was so helpful as I am a widow and my husband used to take care of all of the “man things” so I’m certainly not knowledgeable on renovating and I pretty nervous at the very beginning. The nerves went away on day 1 and things just got better every day! Mike had many suggestions and steered me away from things that he knew I wouldn’t like in the end. I also kept adding things, like painting the entire basement, bathroom, entryway and hallway, removing paneling and other smaller things which added quite a bit of time to the project which may have messed up his schedule, but he didn’t let on if it did. Everyone was very nice about it and I’ll have to say, I really got to know and became quite fond of all of the guys and I enjoyed having them here. They are all very good at what they do. They did a remarkable job and Mike knows that I’ll be calling him when it’s time to start the changes to the upper level of my house. You should definitely contact Quality Home Improvement if you have work to be done😊

I would hire Mike again in a New York minute. He was prompt with his response to my request for a bid, and the bid was very fairly priced. He told me exactly what needed to be done and when it would be done. After agreeing to employ his services, he showed up on time and got his staff right to work. I made multiple changes (though mostly minor) to the design specs, and he adjusted without hint of annoyance. He and his staff were efficient, flexible, professional, and above all, they did a great job!!
