Description of Work: I purchased 16 hrs. of painting he arrived with 3 painters indicated that they would be here for 5.5 hrs. I had 3 rooms to do. After working for 3 hrs. and only completing 1 rm. He informed us that he would only be able to finish the kitchen and not the hallway or the bedroom the remaining bed room after discussion he stated that he didn't have time and this would be his last time offering this deal via Angies's List He indicated that the kitchen need 3 or 4 more coats. He did continue painting the kitchen and the hallway. After the paint dried it looked horrible old paint coming thru edges half completed I am totally dissatisfied and would like a portion of my money refunded

Description of Work: I was very pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism of Rick and his painters. He worked around my changing schedule and helped me tremendously with choosing paint colors. It was a whole house interior job and I was very happy with how quickly they were able to complete it and how thoroughly they cleaned after every day of painting. All of his team was very capable and professional. I would highly reccomend Rick for any painting needs.

Description of Work: Rick is extremely professional and accommodating, fitting us in with an Angie's List deal before our condo went on the market. His work was excellent, and he even found additional ways to help, like painting an old radiator cover to make it look crisp and new. I would recommend him highly, and look forward to working with him again soon.

Description of Work: Four hours of drywall, plaster repair or painting. They’ve been responsive. Within the first week of purchasing the Deal, they contacted me for scheduling.

Description of Work: Being new to Angie's list this is partially my fault. I didn't know how to send a message to the provider prior to purchase. I did locate his phone number, called, left message relaying my scheduling needs. Stated this would be for Angie's list Big Deal. He did not get back to me for many days, so I finally purchased it feeling he wouldn't talk about scheduling until it was purchased. Once purchased, I put in 3 options, he replied he could not do any of the dates. He did says his first opening was in November, which was not workable as we need to list the house ASAP. Thus, need a refund.

Description of Work: I purchased Rick's earlier deal (3 hours); he came to our house and after looking over the work that we want him to do, we set an appointment for Sept. 9th. However, he had to postpone due to flooding in his shop. We have not rescheduled yet. I made the second purchase of $899 for one week of painting but Rick said that I was not eligible for the second deal and need to get a refund from Angie's List. I have no complaint with Rick; he seems like a very sincere guy who truly loves his work. I'm looking forward to seeing what he is going to do with the projects we have for him.

Description of Work: Rick Remaly introduced himself and presented identification. Repaired the drywall per the service agreement. The work was explained to me prior to and during the process, as well as the waiting period before painting should occur. Everything went as scheduled.

Description of Work: It went great. First there was excellent responsiveness setting up the appointment. They were on time and very professional and pleasant. They took a look at what needed to be done, advised me of their procedures and got to work. The end results were exactly what I wanted.

Description of Work: They painted the family room and kitchen cabinets. Family room was fine. Cabinets are a mess and took forever. The paint chips off everywhere. Will have to replace them or sand down to bare wood. Unprofessional.
