Stole the money. Never did the work!

Very friendly, easy to work with. Very poor job. Painted without using any light and missed quite a few spots. Would not hire again, you get what you pay for.

The paint started peeling in some small spots the year after it was completed, not big chunks are flaking off all over the house.

Did not show, did not respond to emails after scheduling or phone calls day of appointment

I paid and left several messages never hearing anything back.

I hired Rick Remaly to patch and paint portion of the ceiling in the living room that was flaking. After they finished their job, next day ceiling flaked and delaminated again. I called Rick and they came back to fix it. After they left, ceiling flaked and delaminated again. After that I tried multiple times to contact Rick to come and complete the job. For a couple of weeks he was using different excuses (rainy days, out of town trips) not show up, or just would not show up at scheduled time At the end he stopped responding to my calls and messages to complete the job that he was paid for in full. Very disappointing, un ethical and un-professional. I would not recommend this contractor to anybody. This job vas relatively small, but to me very indicative how they would "stand" by their work on any project. Don't waste your time with them.

Very well. This was a big job. Rick was the only contractor we spoke to that could both suitably restore metal surfaces prior to painting them and also offer a warranty on his labor and materials. He even offered to re-stain a three-story wooden partition for us at no extra cost. The project took five weeks to complete (quite a bit longer than originally estimated, delayed due to unusually rainy weather), but Rick was in touch each day to let us know if the forecast allowed for work to be performed. Rick was a pleasure to interact with and seemed genuinely conscientious about his work. Patio structure looks great and we’re thrilled to have it restored for many years to come.

Outstanding. Rick and his team did an amazing job. They communicated through out the whole process. Finished on time even with a humidity challenge, not their fault. The baseboards looked amazing, and you couldn't even see where the walls needed repaired.

FANTASTIC! Rick was reasonable, brought another hard worker, they were very courteous and professional AND NEAT. They asked before doing something if they were unsure to make sure we were completely happy with the job. The best part was when they left I noticed a small area that they forgot; however, I called about a 1/2 hour later and he came right back because he wanted to make sure the job was done 100% complete to our satisfaction. These are the kind of people I always want working on or in our home. I would definitely recommend them to everyone in the area and I even heard he will travel, I don't think you can go wrong by hiring him. Thanks again Rick! Mike and Laura Halls

F rating. Never showed up to do the work. Said they were coming on 25 March but never arrived or called. I have heard nothing since and no refund on money that was already paid to them for the work. Would never recommend them to anyone!

Contractor would not honor agreement. No show on appointment. Did not return calls.

They didn't do a complete job. There is still mold, bee hives, and spots not finished. I requested an invoice before he picked up 725.00 which was requested to begin the work. He said he would and I have still not received my invoice. He was suppose to be back before I left June 7-22 for a family emergency. When I contacted them, he said I cancelled on the 7th. I told them I didn't cancel and wasn't going to be home for them to do the work. I expressed to them that I needed to be home while the work was done. He told me he was finishing a job and would get back with me. I have not heard from him since.

Would not warranty his work, so now I'm paying twice. His painting is good, but his drywall guys he subcontracts are terrible.

The painting was done perfectly. The family room looks great as well and is all ready to paint.

We scheduled an appointment and this provider did not show up. I texted the provider and found that they had put down the wrong date. They apologized for the error and and set up another appointment. They said that the would be out on Saturday. They called to cancel. They set another another appointment. They were a no show again. I called and emailed and they never called back.

Got a quick quote from Rick to paint 3 rooms, a large living room, dining room and Kitchen. Work was estimated to take 2 days and it was completed in that time frame. Fernando showed up on time and worked until the job was completed to my satisfaction. The rooms look great and there was not drips of paint anywhere, very professional!!! I will definitely recommend and hire painters from Rick Remaly Painting. Again, great job!!!

It looks great. Very professional and polite painter who worked for 8 hours not including a 30 minute lunch break. Our only issue was communication and the owner (Rick Remaly) said that he was having problems retrieving messages from the Angie's List center. This was purchased as a special deal back in January or February and we were only able to schedule it in April. Nevertheless, we would use this company again.

Provider does not return telephone calls. Called twice over a two week period with no response.

There were two nice men who came and did the work. We had already moved all the furniture and wall hangings out of the way. They used our paint. They very efficiently and professionally painted the walls, using drop cloths for the floors, and there was no spillage or mess anywhere. They cleaned up everything. Our walls look fabulous. All the edges are precise, and clean. I'll use them again soon, for the ceilings.

As agreed Rick brought an extra guy to do patching as well as help paint and it was worth the extra $200.00. They did a fantastic job. If you want real professionals these guys are it.

Job went well..took them 3 days. Rick and his helper did a great job and were very courteous. They arrived on time every day at 8 am. When the job was done each day they also cleaned up and also cleaned other areas of the house from the drywall dust! I was very thankful for that. Will definitely hire again when we do the kitchen! Wish I could add pictures to the review.

The job went well. I pick one color and when I went to purchase paint I got a great discount as well.

prepped all areas - moved and covered all furniture and appliances and also covered all floors, took down curtain rods, and hardware, patched all walls, caulked doors where seams had cracked, painted all trim and doors too. Painted all rooms and ceilings. Attention to detail is awesome and goes above and beyond to point out little things here and there and make sure everything is done right. Just one example: made special trip to store to get a door stop for us that was missing. Even hung a couple of new light fixtures for me which was a big help, especially light in 2 story foyer. Very clean - cleaned whole area before they left each day. Punctual and pleasant to work with.

I was very happy with Rick's work. Rick and his co-worker Bob showed up on time, and preceded to do the repairs I needed. They were friendly, courteous, efficient, and were well skilled in plaster repairs. They worked cleanly and neatly, and also completely cleaned up the work area afterwards. Bases on my experience I give them an excellent recommendation.

Rick did a great job patching some of our old plaster walls.
