Description of Work: Painted my unfinished basement ceiling. Great guy very professional. Knows what he is doing. Easy to work with.

Description of Work: The painter did a great job painting our finished basement and stairway, including the trim. He arrived on time, was very polite, and did a nice clean-up.

Description of Work: Rick was very prompt in responding to my Big Deal purchase. Unfortunately the dates that I provided were not available and the closest date he had open didn't work with my timeline. While I did not get any work done by him, he communicated quickly and tried to get me in as soon as he could.

Description of Work: The painter arrived promptly (several minutes before scheduled). After a brief discussion, he began painting the discussed areas; Family room, Foyer, and small hallway between family room, and garage entrance. The painter, in my opinion, did an excellent job, and applied 2 coats. I also chose to have him paint the wood baseboard and door trim as well, which was an additional cost. I highly recommend Rick Remaly Painting services.

Description of Work: Painted my kitchen cabinets

Description of Work: I contracted with Rick to pressure wash my home, which is vinyl siding and wood trim. As I wasn't home when he did the work I can't speak to the time it took, but when I arrived home, I came home to a clean home as expected. No mess in the yard, no damage. I would use Rick again and recommend him for pressure washing jobs.

Description of Work: I received an email from the owner who said I would have to go through Angie's List to have the service of power washing scheduled and he was starting to schedule in June. Unfortunately, I will not be available to June so I would like to cancel this service at this time and get my credit card refunded.

Description of Work: Painters showed up the first time when they were supposed to but I wasn't ready. Rescheduled tentatively for the 23rd when I returned from vacation. Sent an email on 02/21 to them specifically saying I was available all these dates and to choose one and book it for me, let me know what they chose. Didn't hear back for 4 days. Sent another email. Left a voicemail on the telephone. Didn't get a return call. Finally received an email on 02/24 asking what days am I available. HELLO???? It was spelled out in detail in the email!! At that point I had now gone almost an entire week of not booking MY business because I was waiting on THEM to give them first choice. Replied I had to have someone there the following Monday 3/2 or forget it, I had already lost a ton of money from not working. Received a reply that they couldn't do it Monday how about Tuesday. I said fine. Tuesday came, nobody showed up. I sent an email, I left a message on the phone. NEVER ONCE EVER did I get a return call from the messages. Received an email- an email!! at 12:30 saying oh, weather was bad in Indiana and nobody would be there. Wow. If I ran my business this way I would be OUT of business! The painter didn't have my information to let me know they wouldn't be there?? The office didn't have my information to let me know? Wow. Just wow. No telephone calls, emails took days to get replies. Horrible follow up from the business.

Description of Work: They repaired two major locations of a plaster ceiling, and additionally repaired two cracks in the ceiling that we had not noticed. They advised us on how to care for the repair to improve its appearance. We were thoroughly satisfied and would use them again.
