Description of Work: Provider did plaster repair work in our condo. Rick sent someone else who got a little lost, so I was late for an appointment, but he was very nice and went right to work. Major work was still wet when I returned and can't rightly say how it will look when dry. He was very neat.

Description of Work: Painted the soffits around my ranch-style house and garage. Did a very good job of scraping off the old paint and applying the new. I was a little unhappy with the hurried cleanup at the end but overall I would use them again.

Description of Work: I purchased the cabinet painting deal via Angie's List. When I contacted Rick 2 days after I purchased the deal to schedule the job, he didn't have my order in his records. Had to get Angie's list to contact Rick to confirm my order. Ever since the initial confirmation (which took ~ 1 week after my initial purchase), Rick REFUSED to talk about the project over phone - instead he wanted me to email him with for ANYTHING. Throughout my email communications with Rick, I got the impression that Rick does not want my job as I was living in an area very far from his northwest Indiana home. Rick's material discount with Sherwin Williams didn't work as planned - I got a better paint/stain deal via Sherwin Williams regular sale! After numerous emails back and forth, the job was scheduled just under 1 month after my initial purchase. Rick cancels the scheduled appointment ~ 16 hours before scheduled time. I have hired contractors in the past, but Rick really takes the prize for poor customer service.

Description of Work: Steve and Eli did 8 hours of painting. Great work and great guys.

Description of Work: Positives: extremely punctual, very friendly, answered all of my questions, incredibly fast, and did a TON of work in 8 hours (3 rooms - two have +10 foot ceilings, one of which was on a stairway) |Negatives: did not use painters tape so there aren't clean edges (smudges on the ceiling, painting on the trim, gaps at the trim) and cleaning (drops on the floor, drops on my handrails, drops on counters) |I reached out to Rick directly to give him the feedback above before I decided to leave a review. The initial response was that I already received the 8 hours of work I paid for. Then I received an onslaught of phone calls, texts, and messages telling me the painters could come right now to fix the problem. After confirming receipt of all messages and alerting him that I was at work and unable to be home, I've heard nothing. |In general I would recommend this service because of how much they got done but I'd do so with a disclaimer that you'll need to be prepared to touch it up and clean.

Description of Work: Painted the entire house including porches and eaves. Arrived on time and worked efficiently. The house is sue |Rounded by gardens. None of the flowers were trampled or painted. I was able to use his discount to purchase paint. I am very pleases with the job that was done.

Description of Work: They stated that one of there customers had a significant flood and that they would not be able to come out to do any of the work. They would not have enough time to come out and give any services.

Description of Work: We had them paint our bedroom and bathroom...they did a great job!

Description of Work: They painted a large dlb high foyer, and stairs up for a hallway. Nice touch when they wiped up floors after wards with Murphy's oil soap
