Description of Work: Bad weather and a change in workers delayed completion of the project. Also, the mosquitos had a good time with them but they nevertheless persevered and ended up with an outstanding job being done.

Description of Work: We had a set date for ceiling wall board repair. I had email communication prior to the date confirming date, time and material costs. They never showed on the service date and did not answer any phone or email communication. Do yourself a favor and look for a different service provider.

Description of Work: Professional painters (2) who showed up on time to work for 8 hours per the Angie's list purchase. When I talked to the owner to tell him what needed painting (also sent photos) he indicated it may not all get done within the purchased timeframe. However the painters worked much faster than the owner anticipated and I had to come up with other work for them to do.....that said they worked for 7 hours; not 8 as I did not want them to start something and then not finish it. Had I had better information from the paint company owner I would have had all the jobs identified in order to use the full value of what I paid. That said the painters were good.

Description of Work: Power washed and painted the house. Had to wait a week for truck repair, so the job was postponed. When job was completed, it was done well. House looks fresh and neat.

Description of Work: Did the eight hours of painting labor for $399. A great option if you're good with buying your own paint, which I prefer. Very professional - did a great job - good customer service. Plan on doing it again!

Description of Work: Hired to stain my outdoor pergola. He was a no-show 3x taking months to show up. Then never finished the job due to problems with his workers. He's overbooked.

Description of Work: They were very pleasant, very efficient, on time. Cleaned up after themselves. I hoped for some greater attention to patching and resanding the walls prior to painting, but that may have been outside of the scope of the work they offered, so it may be an unreasonable expectation on my part rather than any fault with their work. The painting work was excellent

Description of Work: had them paint old kitchen cabinets in 50+ year old farmhouse. The only downside was that I did the prep myself but that did allow them to complete the job in about 6 hours. They arrived, assessed the cabinets, went to purchase paint, and then painted. They worked quickly were very professional and pleasant to have in my home. They did good work. After about a week, there was one spot the caulking stained through the paint and one spot chipped. But since I prepped the wood, it may have been my mistake that caused the chip in the wood. Other than that, they looked great!

Description of Work: awful response time, vague answers, admittedly overbooked and is in the driver's seat, took full refund and would never recommend this company. Yet rates highly, good luck with that.

Description of Work: we tried to schedule the outdoor work several times, but the weather made it difficult. when I contacted angie's list to cancel the work I was told that I can't get a refund because the arbitrary 30-day refund policy expired because of the rainy weather. I only hope that the money I spent on Rick Remaly can be applied to another angie's list offer should I opt to continue membership in that group.

Description of Work: This was a big deal order which I didn't expect has limitations on the number of cabinets included in the price. We had good communication with provider however it just didn't work for us with added cost and time frame to start the project. Provider was very polite to understand our situation and agreed to refund us.

Description of Work: Rick asked me to text pictures of the damage to my ceiling, after accessing the damage he called and refused the job stating it was to big of a job and i should look further.

Description of Work: What a great service provider......Rick is not only a great painter, but a great person, who shows up when he says he will, and does exactly what he says he will do and goes the extra mile.........I highly recommend.
