Description of Work: Had to schedule them out almost a month into the future because they were busy. We had some issues with supplies. For a business who does drywall work regularly, they were very petty when it came to supplies. Work itself was done fine. They missed a few spots that I had to re-sand but since they kept my sanding sponge, I had to go buy another one to re-sand them. Overall, my experience was just OK.

Description of Work: The work is going to get started in May...he did work for my daughter. He is excellent.He will be removing panelling, putting up new drywall..and all painting in a hallway and bathroom. Can give him a better review when finished. Asked us on how detailed he would like us to be with his work (our walls need some repair and he suggested drywall plaster in some areas). We were specific about only painting at this time and he did exactly what he was asked to do. He was done a little before time. Made sure everything was cleaned up, including the mop sink.

+ 1 moreRickey did an excellent job. He called before he came, showed up on time, got right to work. He had or got all materials needed and did a quality job repairing and painting. He covered all my furniture so dust was minimal. He also cleaned up after himself - wiping things down, vacuuming and wiping up my wood floors where he came in door....All for a very fair price. I plan to use him for a bigger job this spring to finish our garage. Would highly recommend him!

+ -1 moreHe doesn't guarantee his work. He's a nice guy and he put out a good effort. Like all contractors he's in a big hurry. He does other types of work as well. We talked about fixing a wall, and also painting my truck with TuffCoat (for which he gave me an estimate for). It seems that he doesn't want anything to do with me anymore.
Description of Work: Down in the basement in the laundry room is an outside wall that was kind of rough. He said he could fix it, and it was $650. And he fixed it, and did a fine job. As he was finishing the wall he said that we should do the floor with garage floor type epoxy. He said he would do that for $250 more. He put down something that came from a can that said epoxy, and he used meradic acid to clean the floor. Either he didn't wash up the acid good enough, or he didn't rinse the water off good enough to where it was completely dry. My cousin who is a retired painter came to look at it and said it didn't look right. He went over it again and it still didn't look right. He said he was going to buy stuff out of his own pocket and go over it again, and he did. two days later a spot about 12"X12" round bubbled up about a 1/2" above the floor. I scraped it loose, and you could get your fingernail under a piece and rip up an entire section. When I called him about it, he said scrape really easy around the area and let him know how much comes up. About 15% of the floor came up when I did this. He has been unresponsive ever since. I've stripped the floor, sanded it, washed and dried it and applied the good garage epoxy on it and it's beautiful and it's been great for over a month now.

After the glowing review from my neighbor, along with his professionalism and reasonable price, I hired him. From start to finish it was very professional and nicely maintained. His dedication and hard work got the job done better than expected! I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing paint work done.
Description of Work: I had my home's exterior stucco pressure washed and painted. I also had the living room, kitchen, & den inside my home painted with a faux finish.
