Our home was struck by lightening. Among the items damaged was the washing machine. It filled and agitated, but would not cycle through the drain, spin, rinse, etc. Called Dave's on 6/20. They were not able to get to house until 6/27 - hence B grade for responsiveness. Brad replaced the timer. Also indicated that the $130 part was well spent on my 15 yr old, well made Kenmore. As a result of the new timer, the machine's action is 100% better/stronger. Very very statisfied with Dave's appliance service.

Dave's Appliance Service is an outstanding company that will not gouge you, price wise. Also, Brad is a serviceman who is very efficient in his work and knowledge of the product. I would certainly have them again and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting excellent service at a very reasonable price.

They are my go-to guys. It was around a $50 service charge. One of them needed a part and they other one didn't. It was affordable. They did excellent. They recommended that we try to repair the machine and he told me upfront that if it worked it would save us some money. They sell new Maytags. He said if they could fix it, it was definitely worth fixing and if he couldn't get the part off then we were definitely better off buying a new one. As it turned out he was able to service the machine and saved me a lot of money.

I would use this company again in a heartbeat! The owner, Dave, is a walking encyclopedia of everything you ever wanted to know about all appliances. He's friendly, prompt, and professional.

I am sooo pleased with their service, I told Brad if I need another repair that I will call them. not the place I bought my appliances, it is encouraging to know that there are still honest, reliable, reasonable repair folks out there, he even told me some things I did not know about my icemaker.

My 17 year old Whirlpool refridgerator wasn't cooling properly. Dave quickly found the problem, replaced a part and cleaned the appliance.

Dave arrived on time. He is very knowledgable. While he had the dryer apart, he cleaned the inside of the dryer. There was still a noise after he put it all back together, but Dave determined the cause and fixed it. Dave also addressed a couple of small issues with our refrigerator and dishwasher.

Dave was on time, pleasant and gave us many good insights on how to get cleaner dishes. He did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to call him again.

Called, reported problem & scheduled time. Dave arrived promptly, did work & cleaned up. Was courteous & professional. Would definitely use again!

HE WAS A VERY NICE MAN AND I REALLY LIKED HIM.

WAS INFORMED WHEN WE INITIALLY MADE THE APPOINTMENT WITH DAVE THAT THERE WOULD BE A $39.95 STANDARD FEE TO COME TO THE HOUSE AND DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE. DAVE DID JUST THAT. CALLED DAVE TO INFORM HIM THAT THE PARTS WERE UNDER WARRANTY AND THAT I WOULD REPLACE THEM ONCE THEY ARRIVED. ASKED HIM TO SEND ME A BILL FOR THE INITIAL TRIP. HE CHARGED ME $85.53. CALLED HIM TO DISCUSS BUT HE REFUSED TO CHANGE THE BILL. FEEL LIKE I GOT PENALIZED FOR TAKING THE INITIATIVE TO CONTACT GE TO DETERMINE PARTS WERE UNDER WARRANTY AND REPLACE THEM MYSELF. THOUGHT I WAS DOING DAVE A FAVOR BY NOT HAVING HIM COME OUT TO INSTALL THE PARTS - GUESS I WAS WRONG.

DAVE CALLED AHEAD, SET UP A TIME WITH ME AND THEN WAS VERY PROMPT. HE WORKED QUICKLY, FIXED THE PROBLEM AND WAS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.

I HASTEN TO ADD THAT MY OVEN IS VERY OLD AND PARTS ARE SOMETIMES DIFFICULT TO LOCATE. THIS MONTH, DAVE'S APPLIANCE WENT THE EXTRA MILE FOR ME IN TAKING QUALITY TIME TO FIND AND ORDER THIS PART FOR ME! THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT DAVE'S APPLIANCE HAS PROVIDED A STERLING SERVICE FOR ME. IN THE PAST 8 YEARS, MR. DENEAL HAS SERVICED MY WASHER, DRYER, AND OVEN. HE'S EVEN MADE LATE EVENING SERVICE CALLS FOR ME. ITS GOOD KNOWING THAT HE IS NEARBY IN CASE OF AN APPLIANCE MALFUNCTION...THANKS DAVE!! VERY PROFESSIONAL STAFF. EXCELLENT CREDIBILITY!
