Description of Work: They have done work for me in the past,and did a fine job for us.The last contact was last fall,they needed a few days to come look at our washer,the next day I called and canceled because my wife told me we had a warranty with the place we bought it. Dave called back a few later to make sure we didn't need him,he wanted to be sure it got fixed. He's a good guy

Description of Work: My washing machine was leaking water and Dave came out to see what the problem was. It was a very old machine and it had damage that could have been fixed and would hold for a year or so, but was ultimately impossible for repair for the long term. Dave recommended we buy a new machine. He suggested one that would replace the one we had. I was very happy with my old machine and wanted similar features. Dave did not try to talk us into a fancier or more expensive model. I appreciated his great advice. We bought a new machine from him and he installed it two days later.
