Description of Work: Excellent! Pat and crew did an amazing job painting my condos kitchen, hallway and stairwell. They went above and beyond and quickly fixed a lose water line on my refrigerator and made sure my neighbor wasn't getting drenched by the leak! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: I had a complicated issue: needed advice--fast--about whether to re-glaze, re-grout, or start over with a bathroom of beautiful old 1920's wall tile, tub, and sink. I called and spoke to Pat Stanton himself. He was approachable and friendly, and I could tell that he knew what he was talking about; he listened patiently and discussed the situation without pressure. He then very quickly informed me that his team COULD do the work but that it would be more cost-effective to hire a different kind of professional. To my surprise, he then took more time to go through the options with me, gave me lots of information on the pros and cons, and finally recommended another company who might help me in my specific neighborhood.

Description of Work: Pat painted all of the interior walls, some trim, and deck in our new (to us) home. We were moving from TN to KY and hoped to have the home painted before the moving truck arrived. Pat arranged to provide us with an estimate by making an appointment with the home sellers to get into the home before we had closed. He then contacted me with the estimate which was reasonable, and we scheduled to have the work get started the day after we closed. There was a great deal of work to be done including repairing holes in the wall, nail pops, and fixing the ceiling. I even asked him to paint the closets. He removed all shelving and racks when he painted the closets. He and his crew worked through the weekend to try to be done when the moving truck arrived. Notice that I said HE and his crew. Yes, Pat paints as well. He doesn't send out a crew that he never sees. Pat is on site. We were staying about 45 minutes away from the house, and Pat kept us posted on his progress and asked questions about my preferences as he worked. When I walked through the house before Pat had begun painting, I noticed that the carpets desperately needed to be vacuumed. I called Pat to tell him that I would be coming down to vacuum in the areas he had completed. He said that he would get all of his stuff out of there before I came. When I got there, the bits of cereal and paper that were on the carpet weren't there anymore. He had vacuumed the rooms that he completed. Let me be clear, the debris on the carpet was not from Pat and his crew. It was just under the furniture from the previous owners. When he finished the areas where there is wood flooring, he got down on his hands and knees and cleaned up the dust there. The painting is superb. He even did a few extras here and there like touching up some trim that I hadn't asked him to do so that we would have a finished look. That shows the pride he takes in his work. The deck was something we noticed needed to be done after we had the initial estimate. We asked if we could add that on. Pat accommodated us, and the deck looks amazing. It looks like a new deck. The railings, the spindles, he did it all.

Description of Work: Pat and his very nice crew made extensive drywall repairs, cracking and drywall tape peeling. They painted the entire inside of our two story house (living room,dining room, kitchen, family room, bathroom, hallways, stairs, four bedrooms, two upstairs bathrooms).

Description of Work: Power wash exterior surfaces,clean to remove dirt and mildew. Scrape off all loose and cracked paint. Sand rough edges, Prime bare wood and rusted metal. Patched screw and nail holes. Repaired worn or damaged wood and metal. Apply latex silcone caulk where required. Areas painted: All trim , soffits, siding, shutters, front door and sidelights, storm door frame, garage door and frame, trim around basement door, and any other painted surface. 2 coats of paint to everything.

Description of Work: Interior repair and Painting. Fixed all defects in drywall, Nail pops, cracks in corners, taped seams and applied Silicone caulk where required. Painted all walls in Living room, Dining room, Family room, Kitchen, Foyer and Hallway and Stairway to the Basement. These rooms all have Cathedral ceilings in them. Painted all baseboard and trim on walls, Mantle, Sides of Steps going to the Basement. Painted all door frames and doors in these areas plus the sidelights on the front door.

Description of Work: We have used Mr. Pat Stanton on several occasions for interior and exterior work on our home and also on the homes of our brother and our mother. Pat is a wonderful worker...prompt, courteous, extremely honest, and reliable. The quality of his work is excellent. Description of Work: This is the second interior job, Pat and his crew have performed for us. Pat is very forthcoming on costs, time, and scheduling of jobs. Pat and his crew are very meticulous with their work, and treat your home as if it was theirs. I highly reccomend Pat and his team. In addition to interior work we have had Pat on 2 exterior jobs, his attention to detail is as good as his interior work, if not better. You can't go wrong with this business.
