Quite simply, this was the best contractor we have hired in 35 years of home ownership. We have had some good ones (and bad), but Pat is way above the rest and his price was the most reasonable. I read almost all the reviews and they are all fantastic (not one bad one) and for good reason: Pat and his team are the nicest, friendliest, most conscientious, thorough, laid-back, competent crew I have worked with. Four of them worked for 2 solid days scraping and repairing rotted wood that prior painters glossed over (they were too professional to say this themselves) with NO complaints. And I had to insist that we compensate them properly for all that! Pat is the most honest, knowledgeable, generous contractor I have hired. They may not look like your typical college-aged painters, but don't be fooled - they are a capable and expert team like no other. BTW, they can fix anything - I plan to have them back to seal our brick, fix and paint the deck, do interior work, and my neighbors are having them replace gutters and tuck-point. We are so happy we found them!

Pat is a perfectionist. Been working with him for almost 20 years. When we moved in they painted entire interior. Since then painted all our exterior trim, painted my Dad’s interior and exterior as well. Fixed & replaced any wood trim that needed it. Top notch on everything they have done.

Pat Stanton and Associates painted the exterior of our home in Edgewood, KY twice in the past 14 years. Pat was very conscientious and attentive to detail. He takes pride in his work and caulks every crack and repairs any damaged boards before painting them. He thoroughly inspects the entire finished project to make sure that nothing was missed. Pat and his associates were punctual, followed predetermined timelines and honored the original bid. My husband and I highly recommend them for any project!

The job went well. Pat and his helper did a great job on a power washing and deck staining job. My deck is about 375 square feet, plus stairs and 6x6 posts underneath. I am very happy with how it turned out. The working conditions were a little tough that week because of the sun and 90 degree weather, but they stuck with it, and got the job done. The job looks great, and I am very happy. I will definitely call him for future work.

Pat and his team were great. He was able to start the job just a few days after the bid was submitted and approved and the team finished the job in 3 days. The space was quite large - our great room, loft area, stairwell, hallway, and kitchen. They did an impeccable job and cleaned up after leaving the rooms just as they were before. Our house looks completely refreshed! Every member of his crew was polite and professional and Pat was there every day to supervise and paint. I would definitely hire again.

Excellent! Pat and his crew did a fantastic job. They did drywall repair in all the rooms and painted the woodwork, doors , walls and ceilings. We are really pleased with the results. Pat and Terry were efficient, on time, and very professional. Pat gave us paint sample swatches a couple weeks prior to pick out the paint, reviewed them with us and started on our project when we were ready. The first day he removed old wall paper and patched holes along with cutting in the rooms. He and his co-worker worked efficiently and in a timely manner. He estimated a 4 day job and finished in 3 1/2. I would definitely hire him again in the future.

Fantastic. Pat was both professional and personable. The job lasted six days. He was punctual each day. Each day the they cleaned up after themselves. The price was also reasonable.

It went very well. Pat actually called to follow up after my purchase and we discussed scheduling. I took a few days to get back to him (had to finish deciding on a color and get paint tinted that I already had) and he followed up again with me, which I absolutely appreciated. He was running a little late due to circumstances out of his control, but he called to alert us about the situation and gave us an accurate estimate of when he would be there. Overall, excellent service.

I was extremely pleased with his work. He is detail oriented, keeps his word and his price was very reasonable. I loved them!! Mr. Stanton and 2 of his painters arrived right on time. They were all friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job and were very efficient. Mr. Stanton even cleaned my ceiling fan since he was "already up that high." :) I'm so glad I found them!

Pat and his crew did a really nice job. This is the 2nd time he has painted for us and we have been impressed both times. They took time to patch and repair some loose drywall bead and tape around a large window. The finished product looks very nice. Pat's team finished the job in 1 day and cleaned after they were finished. He even gave our 3 year old and 17 month old paint brushes to walk around with since they kept watching the work. I would recommend Pat's team and plan to use them again in the future.

Pat's crew was extremely professional and flexible. They had to deal with me being the general contractor on projects requiring multiple sub-contractors (carpenter, electrician, plumber, fireplace installation guys. I am a poor general contractor hence timing was not ideal. Pat was very efficient at being here when we needed him - truly a wonderful experience.
