Knox was very professional and worked with my budget. From the very start he already gained my trust because he was never pushy and would explain everything to me how they do things, what material they used and how they compare to other contractors. He does not subcontract so you know that he controls the quality of his works and finish the job on time. His workers were efficient and very professional. Koh Knox really listens to your needs and makes recommendations that meets your expectation. I get great compliments from my neighbors due to the quality of work and how good the roof looks. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

Koh Knox did wonderful work at my home, which we recently sold. He is a standout professional in Lafayette and is committed to his customers. The level of personalized service that I received for this project was impressive. The price was fair and the communication and quality of work was outstanding. I definitely will use Koh Knox for my future roofing needs at my new house some day.

I obtained quotes from both Coors Exteriors and Knox Services. The quote from Knox was $225 while the quote from Coors was their minimum of about $330. Owner Koh Knox was responsive and professional. He had a crew of two men to repair my siding two days after I contacted him. The work was done well and he sent me an invoice a few days later. I would recommend them based on my positive experience.

Knox Services came very highly recommended to us. The owner Koh, guided us through the warranty claims process which included removing shingles and providing a detailed estimate to facilitate the claims process. He was very professional, honest and personable and we would highly recommend Knox Services. It is a very reputable company due to it's owner, Koh Knox. As soon as our warranty claim has been resolved we will definately proceed with Knox Services installing our new roof.

It is a wonderful, useful, and attractive big red barn now. I have pictures I was hoping to share on this site as most people can't believe this barn could have been rebuilt. The workers were easy to deal with and respectful. They clean up the debris at the worksite. The quality of work was great. We had a miscommunication about the windows in the back of the barn, and it was changed very quickly without any complaints.

The details are getting fuzzy, but I remember that Knox put in a bid to fix our roof that was $1500 lower than the others. They did a great job-- no leaks yet!

This business is family owned. Not only does Mr. Knox run the business hands-on, (no managers) he also works on his customer's projects himself. He is a very hands on guy. There is a trade off for this kind of customer service quality. He is the best in town, he is a hands-on owner, so getting into contact and setting up service can be occasionally complicated. We did trade several phone calls on setting up services, coordinating appointments and estimates. For me, it was worth the trouble. Mr. Knox was honest and straightforward with me about communications as it is the busiest time of the year for his business. I WILL call him again for future work. Between the price and service quality, the communications snafu was small potatoes. I very highly recommend Knox services. Keep in mind they do more than roofing jobs

I would highly recommend Knox Services for roofing. I received several estimates and Knox was competitive and they seemed very competent. The owner is a younger guy but seemed to have the appropriate knowledge and experience with roofing. They completed the project in a timely manner. I stopped home while they were working on the roof and there was a fair amount of debris from the tear off of the old roof. By the time I got home that evening the roof was complete and there was no evidence they had been there other than my nice looking new shingles. There was a vent cover that came loose during the process that I didn't notice until Koh and I did the final inspection/walk around and he was able to get it fixed quickly. I also had them inspect the rest of the roof while they were there and he felt that it would be in good shape for another 10 or so years. At no time did they try to upsell me on anything. Overall I thought this company and the owner were very honest and easy to work with and they did a quality job. I have had no problems with the roof since it was installed.

We own rental properties and we like high quality work and that's what we have come to expect from Koh and his crews. We have worked with Koh for a few years now on many different projects. I listed a few up above. We have had a few houses re-sided, 3 or 4 places get windows replaced and all the windows wrapped, and a few new roofs put on. We have also used him to renovate the interior of some of our apartments. Koh is very knowledgeable and knows how to find crew members that perform really good work. He is also very reasonable with his prices. You won't feel like you are getting screwed. He also guarantee's his work and stands behind it. Our overall experience with working with him over the past few years has been great. We heard from him by word of mouth and have passed the word along to many other people. His business is built on good relationships, not good advertising.

Their service was actually pretty average. The communication was pretty good with them. The price was also good. It was not a perfect installation but I think the installation went pretty well. They cleaned up after work just pretty well also.

The job was well done, and completed in one long day. The clean up and removal of all construction materials was completed the same day. The crew was professional and courteous.

Very pleased and I hope people will give them a try. My only issue is that one does have to schedule advanced. They are a busy group and I can see why!

We got several estimates for a new roof and 5 new skylights. Knox Roofing was willing to work with us to keep the price affordable. They started the job on Monday morning and were done by Tuesday afternoon. We would gladly use their services again highly recommend them.

The crews were all very professional, cleaned up after themselves, very polite and did a good job. They were also very fast! The gutters were subcontracted apparently to someone else, and they don't slope properly and drains are too close to the ground to drain properly. They were never adjusted even though we complained. I would certainly use Knox Services again for future projects, but will ask more thoroughly if they subcontract anything to someone else.

From start to finish Koh Knox has been very helpful, from contact with adjusters to explaining how the whole process works, he explained product warranty very well also. He gave us an installation schedule date and crews arrived and had the job done in just one day! The whole experience was very painless thanks to Koh Knox.
