Description of Work: Knox Services was wonderful to deal with. They replaced my very old roof on time and the estimate given to me was exactly what Koh Knox (owner) told me it would be. The Knox team worked all day and cleaned up every scrap from the old roof before they left. I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in replacing a roof.

Description of Work: We highly recommend Knox services. They had difficulty with providers and sub contractor's ability to provide materials in a timely manner, hence the "B" for punctuality. ThIs is a company marked by integrity and excellent customer service. Their work was top notch!

Description of Work: Installed new shingles, including removal of original layer, repair of leak, and installation of roof vent. Also installed three new construction windows. | |The owner is the one who came out to give the estimate and was very knowledgeable about roofing and his products. The re-roofing job was done in a timely manner and for the stated price. My only complaint regarding the work was the fact that my landscaping took quite a beating. I would recommend them for roofing services. | |However, I would not recommend them for window installation. Despite our efforts to ensure that they understood we wanted entirely new windows and not just replacement windows, the wrong thing was ordered. This put us back to square one and meant the original estimate was too low. We got the original estimate for everything in Sept and it was November before they finally came to install the windows - during which time we had to keep contacting them to find out what was going on. When they finally did come, they ran out of some of their supplies by the third window and were planning to just go without (meaning we would have hardly any insulation or flashing on that window). Luckily, we caught them in the act and made them go get more supplies. It wasn't until I was gathering information for our taxes in February that I realized one of the windows was not eligible for the energy rebate, even though we asked for energy star rated windows. Very unhappy about that.

Description of Work: After attempting to find a roofer we liked for nearly a year, we found Knox working on a roof in our neighborhood. The guys were friendly and my husband got the contact information. He spoke with the owner, Koh, who was very friendly and personable. The quote given was reasonable, and we liked the idea of a family owned company. When they were able to come out, the guys working removed our existing shingles and put on the new architectural shingles in the same day! Before working, they covered my landscaping and afterwards they cleaned up their mess. There was a bit of a delay to get the fascia done, but we later learned it was because they had to order it. Overall, we are very pleased with Knox and have already recommended it to friends.

Description of Work: Knox Services put a new roof on our house. From the first contact, by phone, through the whole process, they were professional, efficient, and gave top quality service. Our main contacts were Koh Knox and his operations manager. Both were very knowledgeable, courteous, and gave thorough answers to our questions. The roof was completed in one day, and while you may not think of a roof being beautiful, this one is! We highly recommend Knox Services.

When selected they did everything included in the bid on time and were very clean during the process. They picked up materials every night. They answered questions and provided a great warranty.
