I'd tried to clean with water bladder and made a mess as the clog was bad enough that the water I ran down went up the vent stack and out onto the roof. My wife was home during their work and was very pleased with the explanation of what they were going to do and how they performed their work. We opted out of having them come out on emergency service as the cost would have been quite high. They did come out promptly the next morning and routed the drain and were gone in about in about an hour. They put plastic down to protect the floor and cabinets. Wife felt they were very professional.

First visit resulted in locating the leak, but could not do anything because it was inside the wall and behind kitchen counters. I removed the counters and they came back the next day and fixed the pipe. The repair was done by pressing new joints, no sweating of joints was done. Repair looks like it will hold. They also advised on how to better insulate to avoid this in future but did not rule out that it wouldn' t happen again.

They were there on time, went out of their way to provide services needed, explored avenues to make the necessary replacements. When they could not do what was needed to continue the job, they hired competent sub-contractors. Good job, well done!

Installed new water heater, and earlier they installed new heating system. Great job and very knowledgeable.

Their office was very nice. I was able to schedule an appointment that fit my schedule. The plumber came on time and quickly completed the repair. I do think that the cost was pretty high given that he spent less than 5 minutes on the repair and it required a part that probably cost $2 at the hardware store.

We like them. They were professional and gave good advise. They were reasonably priced.

It's always done right, the first time. When you make an appointment, they show up in the window of time quoted. They have a supply of parts with them but when I needed a new faucet, they provided a catalog so I could order and came back in three days when it arrived. They use "Wolverine" fixtures, made in Michigan and it's good quality brass. It's also more expensive than the cheapo things you can buy at the big box stores, but I have been very pleased with the quality and reliability of these replacements.

It went very well. I was in and out in about 5 hours and they allowed me to use their wireless internet while I waited.

It took the plumber a full 20 minutes to swap out my old water heater for a new one. When he finished he stood there, smiling like a Cheshire cat, with his hand out waiting for a $300 service charge. To add insult to injury, he had the gull to ask me to help him carry the old water heater back to his truck. Really?!?! At $15 per minute, you can carry the heater yourself. Wow! Very unprofessional!!

The experience was pretty good. I was happy for the most part with the quality of the work, except they installed one of the P traps under the bathroom wrong and I couldn't get in to. They had installed it in such a way that you couldn't open it up. So I asked them to come out and fix that - and I should have fixed it myself - because they made it worse when they came out and fixed it. Other than that I don't have any problems with them. The cost was high, and I figured that was who I wanted to do the job, because I wanted a real good job. Like I say, 95% of the work they did do, they did a very good job.

Punctual, quality work, and you pay for what you get. I have recommended them twice and friends that have used them have also been happy.

I would say, don't drop a cleaning rag in the toilet while it is flushing. If you do, call Brenneco. The representative that came to the house arrived earlier than promised, was very friendly, did an excellent job at a reasonable price.

Had water in the basement from drain backing up. Brenneco tech arrived, cleaned out the drain, and showed me the root ball that he had removed. He was pleasant and professional. That was over a year ago and so far I have not had a recurrence of the problem.

Excellent. As sewer water backed up into my finished basement in my new home, I panicked. Brenneco came out immediately to help me figure out the problem and correct it ASAP. We learned from Eric at Brenneco that water softeners can lose their capacity to soften Eric confirmed that the softener was working properly, but needed to be adjusted in order to make up for the loss of softening capacity. This will lead to using more salt, but prevents us from having to invest in a new water softener. Eric Weatherford was excellent--knowledgeable, personable and honest! Very good experience!

I needed a gas stove hooked up but the existing gas hook-up in the house was outdated and monstrous and would make the stove stick out from the wall 6". Brenneco offered a couple of ideas for fixing the problem, one of which would be much more affordable and they also reminded me of the coupon they had on line which saved me more money. They were very professional and I was very pleased with the work performed.

This was a great job. We used brenneco for installation of new gas lines to a new furnace in the attic. We wanted black pipe installed instead of the usual flex yellow stuf. They put down runners on the carpet stairs to keep them clean. They did a great job. We have no complaints.

During installation, the serviceman heard a sound when he flushed the toilet and knew the outdoor pipes were clogged. After not finding the blockage with an auger, he used an auger auger with a camera and found that a tree root penetrated a pipe. This opened up the pipe and prevented the toilet from backing up. We determined where the outdoor pipe was located under the ground in my front yard. He showed me where to dig for installation of another pipe that would connect to the existing pipe, forming a T-shape, that would allow me to pour Root-X down to the main drain. This kills the roots that penetrated the pipes and keeps the plumbing working. I dug the hole, and they installed the pipe in the yard the day after I finished digging. I haven't had problems with the toilet since.
