It went very well. They replaced the part, they were on time, and they were reasonably priced.

first no way they could instqal Ice maker plumbing, unacceptial answere for me, I certainly am not the only kitchen that has ref on wall with no plumbing. After offering sugestions they said maby but would be at least $500, we are talking about 15 feet. OK fix leak in softner valve since I owed $50. for house call , did work in no time for a cost of $150. Will never call again!!!!!!

Timely appointment for estimate and prompt visit to review situation. Quote given at time of visit was very sketchy on details. Did not give additional quote on alternative, higher performing models. Did not respond to 2 additional calls to dispatcher, who was nice. This company has a great reputation around town. I respect right of provider to refuse to do business. I would have liked to have had opportunity for them to work for me.

My hot water heater started to dump hot water on the garage. It was in warranty so it did not costed me.

Very professional and helpful. This is the second time we have used this provider and the results met our expections again. They diagnosed the problem, identified alternative solutions, installed a new water softener. We do not live on premise and they were very willing to work with our renter, and keeped us in the loop. We would not hesitate to call them again.

Called them in August for estimate. They came out & surveyed the situation, and came back with an estimate in a week. I had dug out the surrounding earth to expose the water line & junction. Then said it would be a few weeks before they could do the job. Heard nothing through September, so I called in October, to get the job done before any freezing weather set in. They finally came out in early November. The area was expecting a cold spell to begin the next week & last for a while. So they repaired the line on a Friday. I was to fill the dirt back in the next day, but noticed in the morning that the dirt hole had filled with water. Scooped it all out, and noticed a leak at one of the fitting junctions. Knowing that a hard freeze was coming, I had to take all the fittings apart, tighten the loose joint, and put it back together myself. Could not wait for them to "schedule me in" as before. Had to get the dirt backfilled for insulation. So I called them Monday, and explained the situation, asking for a small refund on the job cost (paid to them on Friday). Was told by the receptionist they would "call me back". Did not happen. Waited a week. Called again. Same lack of reply. Then, a third call. Still no response. Time for an Angie's List review.

Eric was very professional, helpful and provided detailed information. We felt confident the work would be done correctly. The responded soon after we contacted them on November 20, when we realized we had a big problem. On November 24, Eric and Joe came out on time early in the morning and fixed the problem with picturesre provided to insure our satisfaction. Great Job!

Punctual, polite, and quick. He listed the ways he would do to try and clear the drain from the simple to the complex. The simple solution worked, and the drain is running smoothly now.

I called and the repair was scheduled 24 hrs. later at a specific time. The next day the plumber called me when approximately 30 min. from my house. I was able to leave at lunch and meet him. I showed him the work to be done. He showed me how he would proceed and got started. I left him to finish the job and gave instructions on how to leave the house. When I returned home from work I found the work complete, the water turned on and no leaks. The house was secured when he left. Regarding payment, I called the office and left my credit card information for billing purposes. It was entered accurately. To date, it's the best plumbing experience I've had.

Joe the technician was on time and gave me an estimate for the whole job I accepted. Everything went fine. It took 2 hrs. The only thing I didn't like is that he didn't break down the work order (receipt) ie. cost of heater and labor for different parts of the job.

Excellent. Joe was fast, courteous and patient in how he dealt with my many questions. He even honored my angieslist coupon despite the fact that i couldn't print it.

He charged us only for the house call. There was no separate cost for that. We like his price, availability and reliability. He is very good. However, sometimes they say they are coming and they come an hour or so later. It would be nice if they come at the time they say they are coming.

I thought that I had to buy a new shower due to the leak. They suggested to open it up first and see if they can fix the inside. He checked it and found that the o ring has a dent causing the leak. He replaced it with a new one and it stop leaking. I will use Brenneco again in my future plumbing needs.

Agent arrived on time and ready to go. Describe the problem and talked over the options. Agent provided a quite before starting on the job. Once everything was worked out, the agent went into my crawlspace where the issue was, cut off sections of the damaged pipe and spliced in a new good connection. All the work, negotiation, and write up took about 1 and 1/2 hours. Had a $25 dollar off coupon that the agent happy accepted. Will use again in a pinch since good work was done, but a bit pricey for the amount of time he was here.

They provided 3 options - I wanted an energy efficient version that was larger than my current water heater. I compared costs of the water heater with other brands, and was satisfied.

THEY FIXED THE LEAK THAT WE HIRED THEM TO FIX.

It went very well. They did what they said they were going to do at the price that they quote in. They were very courteous and very helpful. I would use them again.

Provider was very flexible about the time and date of the service call. I had some electrical work happening at the same time and I wanted Brenneco to be here then just in case the problem with my sump pump required an electrician. Worked quickly and efficientlly. Cleared the blockage in my sump pump, showed me two ways to turn off the water to the house, and corrected an error that someone else had made when installing the water line to my fridge. The only concern that I have is that I failed to have him look at a leaky shower (downside to having two sets of technicians in the house at once). I sent a follow-up email to the address that was used to schedule my appointment and did not hear back. However, I do intend to contact the vendor again as I was very comfortable with the work and the price and I am not sure that I adequately described the scope of the shower problem, which will probably lead to a remodel.

When I called they had a technician dispatched to my home within an hour. It took approximately 10 minutes to diagnose the problem and then another 40 minutes to complete the repair. The technician was very professional and did a great job on the repair. I would definitely recommend this company and use again if necessary.
