Upon the initial estimate, I was immediately impressed by Matt's professionalism, especially compared to some of the other roofers I had dealt with in the past. The crews (one for my house one for the neighbor) showed up at 8:50 in the morning, and had backed in the dump trailers, tarped my yard, leaned plywood over my windows, and put caution tape around the job site perimeter by 9:00. By 9:05 the ladders were up, tied off, and the old roof was being removed. The level of coordination displayed was among the best I have seen in a construction crew (I am a finish carpenter by trade). The foremen were both knowledgeable and polite, keeping me informed of the proceedings. The were very safety oriented, and made sure the needs of the crew were met. Jeremy and Gary were the two guys on the jobs, both were top notch. The crews doing the work were quick and efficient. As a true testament to Bone Dry the average guy on their crew had over 4 years WITH Bone Dry. Construction companies all too often burn through workers, especially in demanding, often grueling work such as roofing. Knowing that some of the guys working on my roof had stuck with Bone Dry for over 10 years spoke volumes to me. I was told that there is actually a waiting list of people who want to work for them. Clean-up was very good, with all part of my yard getting a magnetic sweeping. Some crew members also went around picking up little pieces of old roofing that had blown off of the roof during tear-off. Three workers spent about an hour and a half cleaning up my yard. The gutters went on the next day. After seeing the roofing operation, I no longer felt that my presence was required so I did not supervise. I was very pleased with the work. I was given a walk-around at the end. All of my gutters are pitched properly, and attached sturdily and invisibly. One final note: I have had direct and recent experience with another major roofing contractor who roofed a house I was working on. They are rated at a "B" on here. They were pretty good and I didn't have a lot of complaints. Bone Dry is in another league.

The answer to "how did it go overall?" is GREAT! The Lafayette territory manager, Matt, gave us an estimate on Tuesday afternoon, and we accepted it immediately. A large crew of men and their supervisor, Zach, were here the following morning. By 7 PM Wednesday, the complete job was finished! All the trash was picked up. Our gutter screens were re-installed. Best of all, our new roof looks super! On top that, Matt came by the next day to thoroughly inspect the work. Everything about this project went very well, very quickly and professionally. We had contacted them and they came out and provided two estimates for us which was great. That really helps when it comes to making a decision about anything major with a house. We decided to go with them fixing it for now. So I was told to send the paperwork with my signature on it. We were also told that it woul be about 14-21 days before anything is done. Then we get a phone call last week saying that it was going to be another 14-21 days. With winter weather approaching we do not want to have to worry about an even bigger leak especially the fact that it is located in our daughters room. You would think with repairs that they would be a priority. If I am going to spend that much money on a repair, then I might as well should get a new roof.

Sales person was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and not pushy. Quoted price was below midpoint of 3 quotes I received. Crew showed up on time and worked hard to complete job in approx. 11 hours. Supervisor provided updates and answered questions during the day. Cleanup after job was excellent. Overall very satisfied with contractor and job they did.

The roof replacement project was completed on schedule, in the allotted amount of time and with the utmost professionalism. The crew arrived early, finished the roof in one day as promised and completely cleaned the entire area before leaving. We could not have been happier with the roof replacement from start to finish.

I callled Bone Dry Roofing at 10 am. They were here at 1pm same day. Donny was very professional and pleasant. He inspected the roof inside and out. A simple fix was identified and repaired on the spot. He gave me recommedations for future evaluations of the issue and future options. This was my best customer service interaction in probably, well as long as I can remember. I have no hesitations in recommending this company. Great Job.

Overall, the experience was great. My son's roof was leaking in Lafayette. The technician arrived promptly and temporarily fixed the leak and told my son that he'd need to do additional work once the weather cleared. On that second visit, he was did some additional work and didn't charge us anything, which was very surprising. We're very happy with his services and highly recommend him to others.

I interacted twice with the person who came out and checked what needed to be done. His name was Danny. He was excellent. I had attempted to repair this roof years ago, but his analysis was much more accurate. I could tell that he knew what needed to be done. The person who came out to do the repair was also very good. He had to come out to do different jobs, and he showed up exactly when he said he would.

Danny was early and very friendly. He gave us options for fixing the roof (an estimate for a full repair or a less expensive repair to prevent water from leaking in through the hole in the roof). He repaired the roof quickly. I would call him again, but hopefully I won't have to!

It was a great experience. They removed all the old stuff and reinforced and repaired areas that needed it. They had it all done in 1 1/2 days. It was beautiful and we haven't had any problems with it. It is still incredible. They were recommended by our construction company and they serviced our area while is pretty far out. Their estimate was reasonable. They were prompt and gave us a time frame. Their clean up was done so well around the house after they were finished. We didn't find any roofing nails anywhere. They did a very thorough job of roofing our house. There are a lot of different pitches in the roofline. The valleys and the work were beautifully done. We have recommended them to other people.
